They should be within your normal range based on blood tests taken previous to any administration of any substance/start of any cycle. So if your test was 16, then TRT dose should get you to sit at that range, give or take a couple nmol.
Yes, that makes sense. Thanks. But what if your test levels were too low in the first place? Where would you like to be? Anywhere in the healthy range?
Good question, we don’t want to vary too far from our original levels… but day to day our levels vary by 2-3 nmol anyway so I’d say that’s a fair deviation. But I’m not a qualified medical professional and I’m only giving advise based on experience. I’m sure @drdeanstmart and @hilly would have some fantastic info! -

Could be upconversion of T4 to T3 in cardiac tissue due to an increase in androgens – this will cause palpitations and intense heart beat.

I was thinking that, bloods will hopefully confirm. Definitely not so bad today. Appreciate the response Dr. Dean

Maybe bloodwork tells whats going on, but heartbeat and pressure healthy is very good.
Thickness of blood evenly could be elevated, so your heart needs to contract harder to get the syrup through your veins ????

Just been Kuba (have updated the main post) blood pressure and heart rate all healthy. I’ve got a blood test coming up too, will deffo keep updating -
Have a look at other areas of your life? Are you overweight? Fitness levels ok? Do you use recreational drugs? Any stress in your life? Maybe it’s anxiety related. Your gp will do your blood pressure and can book you in for an echocardiogram.
Good luck and try not to stress.
Hey BigP, at the GP right now! Thanks man for the concern and for the well wishes. I’m a professional boxer so quite athletic I think ????. But yeah I tend to get stressed if my body doesn’t feel right (I’m sure that’s the same for most people). Do you think it could be high Estrogen?

You have heart palpitations and an irregular heart beat and you’re asking whether you should take a supplement or not?! LMAO. Go visit a doctor.
This was my first thought don’t get me wrong. However it’s useful to come to an educational forum and be reassured to some extent. Not only are heart related issues hard to diagnose often The GP will just prescribe Beta Blockers which I’m not keen on using regardless. No need to do the whole ‘?! LMAO’ ???? I appreciate your input regardless and if it continues then I will obviously go to the doctor. Just asking advise brother ????????
To add to that man I have a blood test Booked in this week mandatory so that will tell me something I’m sure. I get where you’re coming from, sometimes people think a supplement will fix everything I don’t believe that but every little helps! -

Hey Kuba, hope you’re good! Yeah I’d like to think so too but I’ve never felt this way before so that’s why I’m Associating it to the Test. Love-heart does look great 🙂

I like to shoot everything daily, that’s my preference and experience has been feeling better I don’t know if there’s research to back this method up but I’m speaking from how I feel. More frequent and less oil for me feels better and I feel like I handle it much better this way

Less oils would deffo suggest less pain, less chance of abscesses and infection etc.. so I’m sure you’re right not to mention you’re experienced and know about this stuff more than most!

Hi guys, hope you’re all good!
This may be an amateurish question, however I continue to research diet, training, recovery, supplementation… and have gotten these to a T. Perhaps, it’s as simple as personal preference, and just twice a week spaced out evenly. But I’d love to hear your opinions..
Any ideas guys?
@hilly @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen @drdeanstmart @jhollingshead89gmail-comA million trains of thoughts on this and in my experience you need to test for yourself as well as what suits lifestyle.
As dean stated daily injects seem to provide the most stable levels and least sides and arguably more bang for book from a scientific standpoint due to daily spikes – however very inconvenient for most.
EOD is the time old way and has many fans and seems to sit with the longer esters well.
once per week gives more variance in hormones and less stable levels etc which will bring more sides. However there was and still is a train of thought that injecting a bolus dose creates a larger spike and this can create a larger increase in IGF and other things that effect growth.
There were a couple of very well known pro BB years ago used to post on pro muscle swore by this method.
For my first show I did the once a week dosing.
For my second and third shows I did MWF dosing and did this most commonly over the years.
lately I have been trialing ED dosing.
What have I found? in reality little difference overall – Just the more gear I take the more results I get and the more often injects do seem to give less sides in terms of acne and water but not much.
Im a big believer in picking one way and being consistent. those who have inject days that change pattern and they miss etc seem to get the most side effects overall.

Hey Hilly,
Wow I really appreciate this response I’ve opted for Mon, Wed, and Sat.. so 3 pins a week spaced a day apart except from Wed to Sat (have a flow chart to make sure I follow suit).I agree with the one way and consistent mentality as well! Fantastic info man thank you..
Blood test in 6 weeks to see the results!!
Thanks again!

I still like eod even with enanthate just so injections volumes are reduced (amount of liquid per shot)

Hey James, good luck with your up coming show!!
Do you do them pre workout?
I was thinking of doing EoD but it’s only 0.6 twice a week anyway.
Thanks man!
