Mon and Thursday is fine or similar spacing on differing days. I think in the grand scheme of things it probably makes not a lot of difference when you jab and the inference is on keeping blood levels stable but let’s be honest have any of us actually experimented to see if it makes any real world difference?!
Don’t complicate things and get caught up in minutia – jab at a time that’s convenient to YOU. I do mine pre workout but that’s because it’s the only time I can do it and I prefer to jab after a shower.

I would advise 500mg test E per week split into 2 injects 12 weeks
Then drop to 150mg 6 weeks
Then 500mg test 12 weeks.
You will make huge gains in this if all is in place.
It looks like you have done all your research. Time to learn your body as you progress n see how far you can push.

Nope. There is more n more research coming out showing how they are bad for us long term.
Now so is elevated estrogen.
So I would give the test 6 weeks then run a hormone blood test.
If estro is to high I would look to low dose nolva or Adex.
I’m really re assessing my views of AI n trying to do additional reading.
You want estro in range using the most minimal needed n if possible none.
With this being your first cycle finding out how your body reacts to 500mg test in terms of test level, free test , estro etc will be crucial info to guide you going forward and aid in blast n cruise approach

I have a few questions before I truly get started, what is your opinion on injection timing of test E, and with regards to an AI you mention the potential use of tamoxifen if estrogen is off, for how long would you suggest I use this.. would it be based on a Further blood test a few weeks from the administration point?Slightly long winded I know, but I appreciate your knowledge and advise so always worth asking!

@drdeanstmart Dr. Deans blood pressure stack will do the trick, but if from a pre existing condition it’s always worth monitoring through a doctor etc.

Excuse the tattoos, but as you can see abs are basically gone, although stomach feels very hard. -
I like steady state cardio only for fat loss. HR 110-120 BPM
Unless there is a sport or class you like to do then I encourage this on rest days

I’m a boxer so hiit has always been apart of my routine, until I was told not to as I needed to make a weight class.. got to that weight class and now feel like a blob (I’m not I’m still relatively lean but I like to be shredded 🙁 abs are fading).

I’m with hilly on a pro/fat breakfast as opposed to a carb breakfast mostly of your goal is to improve body composition.
It’ll make you metabolically flexible meaning you can shift from using one source of fuel to another..I.e glycogen or fat.
We can therefore burn more fat being carb free here

Hi Oscar, I appreciate that. Will remove carbs breakfast. What do you think of calorie count? I want to reduce a little bit, and fats are highest in calories normally, would it be okay to have less fats?

Its very hard for any one to give much advice as we don’t know you.
I would prefer a bigger swing on carbs from training to rest day. Maybe 300 train day and 150 rest day for example.
I would keep protein pretty consistent. I wouldn’t have carbs meal 1.
I would do steady state cardio minimum 5 times a week.
These are just base guidelines though

Steady state cardio 5 times a week, like 15,000 steps etc. Would you advise high intensity cardio on rest days as well?I’d say I have a tendency to lose weight, so it’s much much harder for me to bulk anyway. I am able to maintain or progress in strength regardless of scale weight as well, never had a dip unless I get sick.
