Check hin out on insta. He is a good friend of mine and works with a lot of ufc fighters. He is the guy i‘m doing the german podcast with.

Pro boxing coaches funnily enough can be a little bit old fashioned I feel as though at least on these forums body builders have a very modern perspective ????????

I would look at someone who already works with pro boxers for sure ….. don’t opt for someone who is working with anything other than athletes that need strength and athleticism

I would look at someone who specialises in strength and conditioning for combat sports
Strength and conditioning is a very wide field, there’s many decent coaches
I would recommend that you find a coach you can train with in person, at least initially. Atmosphere and motivation, along with correct technique will make a big difference
How seriously do you take boxing? Are you pro? A top amateur?

Hi Andrew, I appreciate that. I just got a pro licence, after a lot of amateur fights around the world. The thing is I’m not a natural athlete, (I understand you may scrutinise this but anyone would be naive to assume most top athletes are natural, I’m aware that they are not so in my eyes I evened the playing field) so I’m looking for someone who can accommodate that hence why I’m asking on this forum.
