You have actually triple up on things here.

Your trained byjp stuff does most of the supp needs stuff.

Then support max is a cheaper all in one.

I used to run just this with additional liver supper n coq 10.

Now I run

TrainedByJP- curecumin, heart stack , halcyon plus supplements needs liver support.

The liver support I only do one serving per day not the double dose it recommends as that is over kill unless your blood work shows you have numbers high that need bringing down.

Hey Hilly, I won’t name the coach but this was a list sent to me by him just recently and I’ve bought it all but twice… realising I certainly can’t afford it anymore. As above you have doubled up on a few supps.

As a baseline for health JP Loveheart & SN liver stack. No real need for supportmax on top. Additional SN health stack supps optional.

Using Sustain and MPS max intra removes the need for PeptoPro.

JP Halcyon removes the need for MPA Cortisolve.

Digestive enzyme not really required. Better to find digestive issue by removal of food causing problem.

The rest, i’d say all have their place really. Unfortunately not the cheapest sport going haha!

Agree with that, enzymedica is needed? Digestion sucks? If not, dont use it !

supportmax can also be replaced with loveheart and the other stuff you put into your body
