Just a lot of drugs for not eating a lot – in a bulk and only taking in 300 or less carbs – just seems like a waste is all I was saying.

Sleep is on point. And I’m not a stressful person…this whole thing is pissing me off. Right in the middle of a bulk and I’m having to be under 300g carbs a day…feel like I’m wasting test/NPP/Mast. ????????‍♂️????????‍♂️

I think you need a couple of weeks very low carb circa 100-150g

    Fasted cardio
Berberine with each carb meal 400mg

And after a couple of weeks you think the blood sugar will normalize I’ll be able to go back to the 600’s – goal was 240 by March – but weight stalled at 232 and I’m down to like 226 now ????????‍♂️

Bump for some new info. So I’ve been tracking my sugar for a week now..:I’m worried now, as it’s chronically high. I’ve dropped my carbs from 6/650 to 300 on training days, and on non-training days I’m a zero. The morning following my zero carb days I’m tending in the 96-104mg/dl range. The morning following the training days with 300 carbs I’m tending in the 91-104mg/dl so there’s no real change. There is zero diabetes in my family history. With 50g intra carbs testing immediately after my workout expecting to be in the 80’s I was 114mg/dl yesterday. I ate my post post meal today consisting of 126C/21F/56P – 2/3 hours later I tested at 102mg/dl.
Today I even took a GDA pre-workout and then again at my post post meal…didn’t seem to do anything at al for sugar levels. Any thoughts @hilly @jordanpeters @corinne ?

I’m a fireman and work 24 hours on 48 hours off – I follow PPL and just utilize firehouse days as off days so it would go: Push/Pull/off/L/Push/off/Pull/L/off….and so on.

@hilly dropping down to 2/300g carbs a day – I’m not in danger of dropping too much weight? Or you think it would be mostly water? I’m in a bulk phase so the drop in calorie intake seems counterproductive; but I see why it might be necessary in this situation. As far as berberine/Gda goes…you mean something like metformin? How would I utilize something like this. From my understanding these products help to push the carbs into the muscles as opposed to just running around in the blood stream..?

What @hilly said “eat a lot more than you did last time” this more so than adding another compound. That test/npp dose is more than enough to make fairly substantial gains. What did your diet look like?

Looks very good to me. I will
Be doing this shortly. I wouldn’t be using the HCG tho I don’t think there is merit during a blast.

The HCG was added cause I was below nothing on sex drive, no morning wood or anything and buts we’re pretty atrophied. Those doses look okay to you?
