SO since my last post – we had an ordinary week. It seems pulling carbs altogether had a negative impact on my body and it shut down and bodyweight started to climb leaving me a mess.

Since then, we have reintroduced carbs and manipulated things DAILY as the body NEEDs – this includes INPUT and OUTPUT.

This past week has been magnificent with progression taken nicely and the ball rolling again.

I am currently leaner at 5 weeks out of this coming show than I was at 6 days out of my last show!

    Diet – Manipulated DAILY

    Output – Manipulated DAILY

    PEDs – 150mg Test E

    210mg Tren A

    700mg Masteron P

    4iu GH

    100mcg Clen

    31.25mcg T3

    50mcg T4

    21mc Yohimbine

    600mg Inj Carnitine

    500mg Metformin

    60mg Telmisartan

    Other – Basic Health Supplements

46 Days Out IFBB Classic Physique

Aiming to be ready by the 3 weeks out mark…Pushing HARD.

Coaching has pulled ALL carbs for the next handful of days before we fill out.

Here is a snap I took POST WO during some posing practise and glute drills.

    7 WEEKS OUT today…

Continued to dig even harder the last few days seen me hit a new low again and take more fat off also achieving more flatness…see what the coach directs today – possible HIGH day.

We moving in the right direction and the fat is coming OFF! At this rate I would anticipate we will be ready in 4ish weeks.

    7.5 WEEKS OUT

    95.9kg

New Low today and I got to see my coach in person which was great. Getting assessed face to face is MUCH more ideal vs purely online – I’m sure everyone would agree. He was able to really see what areas are still holding onto stubborn fat and made some adjustments to the plan accordingly. We should be around 92kg PEELED as hell as a target…but we will see. Now that Tren is in, I tend to recomp more than lose pure weight.

Also some blood work dictated that deploying T3 and T4 is now necessary and my energy has shot up overnight including improvement in fat loss…we waited until it was NEEDED VS throwing it in as a “standard” addition.

We are pushing HARD now to be ready early and feed into the show as much as we can.

A huge issue in previous preps has been me coming in over dieted and flat as hell…and to no fault of anyones rather just something to really work around this prep.

I TRULY believe that this will be my BEST showing to date.

    Update

We decided to push things hard now just to get well ahead.

Bloods taken to assess THYROID and CORTISOL due to some slowing down of weight loss so we will more than likely be adding some intervention there today.

Regardless base diet has also come down a for a dig in before we fill back out hard.

    NTD

I seem to be doing much better on lower food with NO cardio VS all preps in the past where cardio was in even though food was higher … general fatigue and training performance is much better this time.

8 WEEKS OUT Update – IFBB VIC state titles Australia.

Things have been moving VERY well until this week where it’s slowed a little so we are making some adjustments to keep things moving.

Not overly concerned given our time frame and the fact that we have tools to play with still.

    DIET

    TD Base Day

    245P

    100C

    47F

    NTD Base Day

    265P

    30C

    50F

The Base Day get’s adjusted depending on whether coach pushes me harder OR decides upon a refeed based on a given day so nothing is set in stone…he is very reactive with the diet which has been working well.

    Output

    15000 Steps

    Cardio

    Nil

    PED’s

    140mg Test E

    16 WEEKS OUT

Hey guys – here is where I am at pics taken 16.5 weeks out 103.5kg here.

Things are moving along nicely now with a harder nudge early on in the prep to really get the fat off quicker whilst I am super fresh VS pushing stupid hard towards the end which is what I have done in the past to the detriment of my physique. Easily the BEST I have ever been this far out of a show.

    TD – 260P 225C 80F

    NTD – 260P 200C 80F

NTD (SUPER LOW) – 260P 100C 80F – this is going to be auto regulated in when/if needed

    GEAR

    150mg Test

    360mg Mast

    360mg Primo

90mg Anavar (30mg PRE PUSH DAYS)

Priority in a deficit is muscle retention, as calories come down and protein intake comes down from indirect sources your pro would potentially need to come up.

The last thing I’d see anyone do is lower protein in prep, offseason sure but makes very little sense when we come to a contest prep setting. Protein needs if anything are higher in a deficit vs surplus.

Generally speaking you are not wrong and when we do reduce carbohydrates / fats we MAY bring protein back on. Everything is always based on ongoing assessment also.
