    Are you using insulin without any gh?

    I’m using insulin only on HIGH days 3 times a week.

    I am however using a GH releasing peptide now – MK 677, which has proven to be very beneficial.

    4×8 Ramping to a max set…was meant to be 3 but I killed the weight in the log book so went up.

    3×12 (1.5 reps – X Reps)

    3×12 (Seth set last set…this is where u drop the weight by 50% and double the reps)

    BRILLIANT session…the pump was unreal.

    FULL rest day today…no cardio….no lifting…just pure recovery and growing.

    Some running around, groceries, taking one of my daughters indoor rock climbing with one of her friends and her dad….food prep afterward and IF possible sneak in a massage šŸ˜‰

    LOW day today as well.

    I have received a new diet from Justin, given I have been staying very conditioned, he has increased some food on my MEDIUM days.

    New macros look like this:

    (1)LOW 300P 240C 54F
    (3)MED 310P 475C 35F
    (3)HIGH 250P 825C 0F

    this is not counting trace fats or the final meal on my HIGH days which is a moderate cheat.

    The pump and contractions were excruciating and blissful at the same time. HUGE Props to Matt Tofton for some great programming. I am responding damn well to this program and love it.

    Check in day with Justin today…things are moving damn well. Up 1 lbs on the scale but considerable visual tissue and strength in the gym.

    Despite less total gear, I am 100% certain that my body love NPP.

    The connection and pump was unreal.

    After 2.5 weeks running this split I would say I seem to respond best from most I have tried. I was uncertain whether doing 4 on, 1 off would work in terms of recovery but I am having no issue at all given the split. Not every day is an absolute killer.

    LOW day today, no training just some fasted cardio – 12mins HIIT on Stair master + rotator cuff work + calves.

    M1: Steak + veggies topped with almond butter + 1 Bagel
    M2: Chicken + veggies + oats with almond butter
    M3: Steak + veggies + rice + peanut butter
    M4: Chicken + veggies + rice + peanut butter
    M5: Beef Mince + veggies + jap sweet pot + peanut butter

    Hammered BACK today. It was absolutely fantastic.

    Started the days with 12mins HIIT on Stair master, stretching and Abs (this will be staple all off season 3 times a week)

    Wasn’t a good turn out due to poor promotion here unfornately.

    Same here with nabba / wff, class 2 for me

    I’m usually on stage round 93kg 94kg and had to get down to 86… It hurt lol

    Ouch…Hated having to suck down second last time I did WFF having to get under 85kg at 6,1ft!

    100% Classic Physique for me in IFBB I can get up to 104kg or 230lbs on stage!

    What show have you just come off he back of and have you done classic before?

    I had a dabble last year and found the weight limit HARD

    Hey Mike,

    Just did a PCA show here in Australia…only new here.

    I did the classic class here and prior have done WFF/NABBA height/weight categories…

    Unsure what the limits are for Classic Physique in IFBB so I will have a look.
