Stayed the night at a hotel away for my birthday which was bloody awesome R&R away from kids. Also my HIGH day the day we got here…so lots of good food.

Good feedback from check in pics. Touch more to pull off but we will reduce the T3 cuz it’s flattening me out too much prior to my HIGH days. The rest stays exactly the same which I’m VERY pleased to hear. Last prep I had much more cardio, less food and certain no flank steak in my diet at this point!
Final weeks push now at the 2 week out mark before we cruise into the show!
