Just about 9 weeks out now and since the addition on T3 and Clen I am down to 208lbs this morning! That’s a 4 lbs drop this past week….Tomorrow will most likely be a MEGA HIGH day. These come and go when weight drops a little too hard.
All in all, I am VERY happy with my progress…strength is still climbing with quality and the visual changes are great.

In VIC….Yeah I will try and go. I have 2 young daughters so weekends, family time is priority as much as possible given I train and do cardio so much atm, so going to bodybuilding events is a push with the wife lol.
Meal 1: 200g Kangaroo or Chicken + veggies + Sweet pototo + 14g Almond butter
Meal 2: 200g Kangaroo or Chicken + veggies + 14g peanut butter
Meal 3: 200g Kangaroo or Chicken + veggies + Sweet pototo + 14g Almond butter
TRAIN: 10g EAA’s + 5g creatine + 3g Beta Alinine + electrolytes
Meal 4: 2 cups egg whites + veggies + Jasmine rice
Meal 5: 200g Kangaroo or Chicken + veggies + 14g peanut butter
Meal 6: 200g Steak + veggies + 14g almond butterI know it’s a lot of nut butters…I sometimes do butter or olive oil or avocado.
Meat is raw weighted

10 weeks out now….212lbs and things are changes very well visually.
Training is awesome and making good progress strength wise.
Cardio is up 6 fasted sessions 22mins and 4 PWO sessions also 22mins. HIIT 1min/1min….
We added a little T3 and clen now as well. We also have an OTC fat burner which was added 2 weeks back.
Will be moving from EQ to Masteron soon…Test and Tren staying.
Diet is now
(1 off day a week) LOW day 270P 75C 42F
MED day is 285P 140C 35F
(1 day a week) HIGH day 220C 725C 0FEverything heading in the right direction.

Some complex carbs at breakfast and pre workout and the largest amount PWO. The other meals just veggies…fats are in all meals except PWO meal.T

11 Weeks out now and weight has dropped to 215.6lbs…having said that after the check in was sent, I had a LOW day and woke up at 212.6lbs!…Today is a HIGH day but instead of following a set plan Justin wants me to have an unlimited carb load. I didn’t feel the need to argue with him
So this time last show in 2017 I was around 200lbs at 11 weeks out so the year off competing last year was of susbstantial benefit. I compared pictures and the new thickness gained is unreal. I am VERY happy….you don’t notice it as you go until you compare.
We tweaked diet a bit since last I posted here and added more cardio. Gear..I increased the tren slightly so it all looks like this:

Also an Aussie sitting at 100kg and pretty much doing the same stack but no proviron. Should I look into this? What’s your reason for taking it?Also would love to know how you are pinning the above combo as I’m getting some serious pip etc.
CheersProviron is somewhat individual I believe…Jordan has done a video on this. It does increase FREE test and works as an anti Estrogen from memory.
I only 2 do pins at a time…1.5ml test + 0.7ml tren (2.2ml total) and the other 1.5ml EQ + 0.7ml tren (2.2ml total) ….twice a week.

How come you re doing the PCA show out of curiosity?
I’d like to do it, but I’m doing IFBB NSW 24/2 and Arnolds 15/2 and don’t fancy holding condition for another 5-6 weeks after that lol
Purely cuz the guys who owns my gym runs it so more for support really.
Totally understand why you wouldn’t wanna stay in stage shape that long hahaT

Something very strange has been happening. After fasted cardio my blood sugar has been dropping heavily and I get cold sweats, shaky etc…have to rush to get my breakfast in. The ONLY thing I have changes in my regime is having 2 shots of apple cider vinegar bed before. This is meant to reduce morning BG even more. I generally have 1 shot upon and 1 before bed but this is what I have done differently.

15 weeks out today and I have a PUSH session ahead. First weeks check in yielded what was to be expected…a huge drop in weight, all water/glycogen and maybe some fat…went from 227 – 220lbs.
Doesn’t bother me, because training is great and stronger and better connected each workout, so I know there is no tissue loss. This week onward we should see a more positive progress visually..I look skinny fat now lol. Having said this, after my first HIGH day yesterday I woke up looking much fuller and tighter.
No changes to diet or cardio.

4 days down now and dropped around 7 lbs…mostly water and glycogen no doubt.
Today was a bloody good LEG day despite it been super humid..looked like this:
Seated Calves 2-4×20
Cable curls 1×8-10, 1×12-15

Ok end the the PRE PREP load…up 7ish lbs. Water, glycogen and some tissue perhaps….Official starting weight is 227lbs.

1 LOW day 270P 190C 34FThese are not incl trace macros. VERY drastic drop in calories to start compared to the last 2 weeks SO should see a good drop in fat.
