My final week here and stress/anxiety heavily requires my high dosing a variety of magnesium chelates, stress reduciton herbs AND a pre bed formula similar to FADE OUT. Thankfully…it’s my last day of work today so I will be more at ease the rest of this week heading into the show Sunday!

This is Brilliant and exactly what I am looking at doing (to a degree) post contest. After 18 weeks on a 5 day High Vol body part split I think an UPPER / LOWER program is precisely what I need to progress during a good rebound.

Hey Jordan,
Apologies if youv’e answered this already….what will you do with drugs during the rebound phase?
Switch compounds AND reduce slightly during the rebound for say 4-6 weeks…cruise for 6-8 before pushing offseason hard again?

What’s a training day diet look like for you at this point?
I see you have 1 refeed day a week also…it’s always a good day haha (I’m 5 weeks out today so appreciate the little things)
Do you mind listing anabolics at all? (totally cool if not)
