Yo guys,
8 Full weeks post show and here is my current check in. Holding around 95-96kg which is 2.5-3.5kg up from stage weight.
Bloods were pulled this morning and speaking to Josh (Maley), we will most likely begin our PUSH/GROWING phase, January 1 2023.
Happy to simply hold until then and either take a week OFF or at least de-load the week between Xmas and New Year.

Hey Guys,
8 Weeks Post Show now…
Weight has jumped up nicely since last week, with no changes other than a change in brand of GH and slight increase to 4iu which seems to have lead to a jump in weight and fullness.
General overall feeling is fantastic along with training performance.
96.6kg today (generally jumps after a free meal a couple nights ago and some of this water weight drops in a day of so).
We will be adding 5iu of Novorapid PWO this week as my BG readings have started to rise a touch.
I will be getting bloods pulled soon to assess where things are at and plan a proper growing phase come the new year.
No rush to push things at this stage given everything is headed in the right direction quite well.

Sup guys,
Been a while. I had a very successful competitive season recently…by recently I mean about 7 weeks ago placing 3rd in IFBB Classic Physique in the State titles and 2nd in PCA Classic Bodybuilding Nationals.
Fast forward to now – currently about 7 weeks post show, running a recovery/health phase rebuilding food back at an intelligent rate allowing me to hold fantastic condition before we are ready for a growing phase. After a full year with Josh Maley, he/I have gained a good amount of info on how my body responds and shall be making changes based on this as well as how I respond in real time.
Current Set Up:
TRAINING
4 DAYS a week rotations the following workouts:
Legs 1 (quad dom)
Push 2
Back/Biceps
Push 2
Legs 2 (Hip dom)
Delts/Arms
30mins Cardio daily (10mins HIIT+20mins SS – I prefer a little moderate HIIT at the start)
10000+ Steps a day
DIET
TD (not counting trace amounts)
470C
260P
30F
NTD (not counting trace amounts)
180C
230P
105F
1 FREE meal / week – (Huge, so usually combine 2 meals here because kcals get high)
PED’s
150 Test
150 Mast
1000 Metformin
60 Telmisartan
50 T4
4iu GH split AM, PM
Currently averaging 93kg at the moment and I was on stage at 92.5kg.
My plans are to invest all of 2023 towards growing and competing again in season A 2024 allowing for a good amount of time to grow and solidify a good amount of new tissue.
Ill try and update this more often 🙂

GoodMorning guys so yesterday was a higher day extra 100g carb and running same again today – yes I am doing open there is no way I could get into classic without totally trashing my physique- positives out of this prep ? I can fully vacuum I am 8 lbs heavier ish in better condition my lowest point this year vs last so again it is all about self development for me and that is happening better every single year as I learn and grow.
Macros 300 p 720 carb 35 f
Across both days same foods literally just extra rice added, as soon as I posed for @MeganSylvester she was like yup extra food and I agree every day now I am getting tighter and fuller as inflammation is dropping! Legs are really coming to life and glutes are looking even tighter so I’m actually excited for Sunday – total polar opposite to last year as I looked so wank in comparison but still beat the overall winner of Arnold’s hahaha so I take that.
This year Il probably be last as the line up stacked haha not bothered one bit as I am best I’ve been and that’s all I can ask for.
Who cares where you place ?!
You have improved your look from last show SO MUCH – it’s bloody awesome and extremely respectable relative to the amount of effort you have put in to do so. Love following your journey and progress to date Kuba. ENJOY!

So diet update for you guys.
Weight this AM was 240. Feel skinny lol
Goal is to fill back out for a whileI want to spend winter growing and having fun. I miss “bulking”. Yes, bulking. That dirty word, I love it
Cycle wise I’ve upped test to 300 this week.
I’ll taper this up depending on how I feel
Diet, carbs will vary between rice , noodles, bread. I event merry myself too a meal, but I always keep beef and eggs as a staple.
As a side, I love training eating and just being a bodybuilder so that’s what I enjoy doing, I’ll bulk up over winter, lean down for summer, I’ve done this for 20 years and I don’t plan on stopping.
I don’t NEED to have an end goal all the time, I never did, my goal is doing what makes me smile.
6 whole eggs, 250g oats
3 sc tbJp whey, 100g granola
280g cooked steak, 350g rice
280g steak, 350g rice
3 sc whey, 50g nut butter, berries
Cardio- dog walks
Cycle
400mg test E weeklyTHIS is bodybuilding in it’s truest no bullshit form. Purely for the love of the lifestyle – the food, the training consistently and for no other reason than the love of it all.
Super refreshing to read Sas.
Love following you.

287.2lbs this AM drop off of 5lbs today…sushi cleared very quickly, which has resulted in my best look to date.
But I felt the drop, push was tough today. First proper dip in performance, still got it done but everything was hard today. As expected just over 2 weeks out.
It’s about being smart now and not doing anything daft. But still taking it there!
Pic attached from post push. Really like this shot

Gonna be one hell of a showing.

Been a long while.
Started a new job and career this year leaving little to no time for updates etc but I’m fairly settled in now.
I’ve started a prep for a series of shows in October!
I’m currently 10 weeks out of the first show and after a productive off-season with a lot of weight gained plus some unwanted, I seem to be coming in nicely now.
Diet
2430 TD
1940 NTD
Cardio
35 mins TD
60 mins NTD
16k steps
Pushing hard now:)

Hey Nath,
Will you be running a health phase, bringing PED’s down for several weeks prior to prep starting?
Apologies if I missed this info earlier in the thread.
Thanks
T
Hey buddy. No problems. So the plan is:-
1 and half more weeks on cycle. Then we will lower androgen load to a cruise/maintenance dose. And being calories back to maintenance. This will wash off some stress and inflammation. We will run this for 8 weeks.
4 weeks of this will be in a deficit as prep will start we will re introduce the escalation of androgen load at 14 weeks out from the 1st show of the season[/quote]
Brilliant! Keen to follow the journey for even more motivation, given I will be in the exact same timeline.
Thanks
