Unreal progress @Kuba and once again congrats on your recent best showing to date!

I have a question re long acting insulin and GH use.

Will you / Do you utilise Lantus, for eg … in the Offseason when food gets higher?

I’m sure the individuals BG would dictate it’s use etc…Personally I have a history of poor BG which has improved a great deal BUT since employing GH more recently I’d rather prevent any potential damage ?

    Thanks in advance.

I will utilise it but not to imrpove my insulin sensitivity, this don’t make sense if your not sensitive then you must sort the issue at hand. Adding insulin at this point will likely make you worse as you’ll need more and more.

I will be deploying small amounts of lantus and insulin around workout perimeter to assist the carb intake nothing more and the amounts will be very small.

It my sensitivity decreases I likely need to pull back the food / drugs or I am too fat
Thanks Kuba. My sensitivity is fine BUT whilst now employing GH, I don’t want to negatively impact it…but what you say makes sense and what I would be planning to do, should values rise. I will keep an eye.

    Thanks,

    Triv

Gh doesn’t negatively impact it unless you are abusing it 4/6 iu shouldn’t be much of an issue and you shouldn’t see an impact
That’s promising to hear. Thanks for this 🙂

I don’t intend on abusing any compound, rather utilising several pathways and using the longer/slower/safer approach etc which you are well aware off. Maximise training and diet which you are clearly on the same page relatively speaking 😉

    Thanks

Rest day due to giving blood, RBC now decreased, currently moved from 200mg test to 400mg and this week I will add 300mg primo. Current look on 200mg test. Weight 113kg, food clean and slowly increasing cals and maintaining body composition as best I can.

Thick as hell…awesome look man. I feel you re the lower dosing and better results! 🙂

    End of Photo Shoot Result.

Very pleased with the end result, especially based on the level we pushed things towards the end which were minor compared to if we continue proper contest prep. We were able to gather some good data on how my body responded to every vector, towards the digging phase and I know I have plenty in the tank if needed .

Here are some pics from the shoot:

    Hey Mike,

I followed his exact directive from a former coach and to be honest, whilst I loved it at the time…it was very detrimental to my physique and gained way more body fat that I should have offseason.

If you are very susceptible to fat gain, I’d recommend not carrying so many untracked cheat mails weekly mate.

Personally – I won’t be for a more productive offseason and quality tissue gains.

Hey everyone 5 days out and a 4 lb drop over night …. If I’m honest it’s totally to be expected. Ton of fluid and fullness dropped but this is leading me perfectly into peak week. Last leg session and short prep update filmed for the site, I actually progressed with ease today which was nice at 5 days out. I put this down to volume and fatigue management. I’ve seen a huge improvement in energy in general last few days even with suboptimal sleep everything is going perfectly well.

This prep has been great but it could have gone better still – more data collected for future reference to move forward and be better.

Let’s see what tomorrow brings with more updates and vlogs for you all

So far all is perfectly on schedule. One more day and Wednesday Thursday I shall fill up before I back off on Friday for Saturday.

Excited is an understatement- really looking forward to catching up with @Ajmorris tomorrow too ❤️

Unreal progress and very insightful to see the the information / data gathered relative to what you respond better too VS previous preps etc. Having experienced the same phenom recently myself it’s super exciting knowing there is so much more potential if a prep or offseason is managed in accordance to the new info learned hey.

    All the best this weeked!

Unreal progression and looking really on point leading into the show Kuba!

Your minute detail self analysis is working a treat and very insightful. Really enjoying following this journey compared to most standard approaches. I found a similar phemon this prep myself (granted it was an incomplete prep and I simply ended up doing a photo shoot 2 weeks earlier than when show’s would have happened but cancelled here in Aus!)

    All the best bro,

Incredible nights sleep I am confident now yohimbine was impacting my sleep
Quality massively. I always eat close to bed and it always actually improves my sleep personally no other variable changed aside from lowering test and pulling yohimbine out and sleep has been literally like a dream feel incredible this morning.

Solid 7.5 hours asleep sleep score almost 80 which for me is fantastic

I personally found a dramatic improvement in sleep since dropping yohimibine, and caffeine (which intake naturally got too high, especially in prep). Will be extremely mindful to be mindful of this data during next prep for sleep. It’s something everyone (including myself) just accepts as part of a contest prep, but it’s so clear that these variables can be managed for a better result. It’s certainly a new age when in comes to controlling all vectors with the less is more concept hey…biggest learning curve for me this prep.

Mid week check in at 12 days out of the shoot.

Lowest weight here (92.3kg) and I dropped even further today down to 91.8kg, since pulling out GH and Yohimbine the last 4 days.

This is already the best condition I have ever achieved in my life. Few more days and I will post the end of week pics prior to heading into peak week for the shoot (25th September).
