13 weeks out of the Vic State titles here in Melbourne Australia.
End of Week 3 reversing and weight is up to 93.7kg and condition is solid, maybe even better…all moving right to plan! Slow increase with zero fat gain. We will continue this another 3-5 weeks before moving into the final fat loss phase leading into the show to get legit peeled as hell.
Anadrol went in this past week which lead to a crazy pump during training. NPP was backed off a touch.

14 Weeks out
Re comp phase
Weight is up 1kg on average…Increased volume has worked a treat – managing it well.
3 on 1 off for me atm.
Cycle is changing a little moving forward:
300mg Test E
600mg Primo
Mast E 200mg
NPP 150mg
Anadrol 50mg training days

PUSH today knocking on 14 weeks out:
A: Decline BB Press 2×6-9, 1×9-12
B: Incline Smith 2×6-9, 1×9-12
C: Flat Hammer Strength Press 2×9-12, 1×12-15
D: Incline Sternal Cable fly 2×9-12, 1×12-15
E: O/H rope extension 2×9-12, 1×12-15
F: Machine side lateral 2×9-12, 1×12-15
G: Supinated 1 arm cable pressdown 2×9-12, 1×12-15
Volume is up a nice amount along with an increase in food which is only leading to a positive body composition change – more tissue and less body fat.
I have also moved to 3 on, 1 off repeat and so fat recovery has been just fine to progress.
I will post weekly check in tomorrow.

Hey Guys,
Whilst moving into a new phase, reversing/re comp kcals and slowly moving back up – we are also increasing volume a touch with a new program given the goal is a some new tissue but continue pulling some fat off.
Instead of 5 days a week I will move to 3 on, 1 off repeat pending recover/progress.
I have done the first rotation of PULL and PUSH the last 2 days and today was a brilliant LEGS session:
Seated Calves
4×12-15
Single Leg Ext
2×9-12
1×12-15
Seated Ham Curl
2×9-12
1×12-15
Hack Squat
2×6-9
1×9-12
Smith Static Lunge
2×9-12
1×12-15
45 deg Hyper
2×9-12
1×12-15
Was not a huge jump in volume per session but given the slight increase in frequency the total volume per week is up a good wack.

Mid week check in – weight dropping fast since starting this reverse phase.
Food is up and activity/cardio reduced by getting much leaner as a by product!
Already at my absolute weight lowest mid week!
Interesting to see metabolism kick UP when adding food and reducing activity…
Keen to address weak points during this re comp phase and fill out a little.

Leaning up nicely but decided to go another week just to dig in that little bit more to be ahead.
One more week of digging in and a bit harder also.
Calories will move a bit lower after this weekends feed up.
TD-1890 kcals from next Monday-Friday and we won’t go any lower this phase…after this will definitely be in the best spot to reverse and re comp for a good 8 weeks then drop the hammer leading into the show to come in absolutely skinless
Current pics flat but lean 🙂 17 weeks out…

2 more weeks of digging in and here is the plan…
Diet – set daily at 2260 kcals
Re feeding up the weekends with a HIGH and MED day respectively
Anabolic’s have now been changed pulling the harsh compounds out:
Test E 200mg
NPP 250mg
Primo 600mg
No orals
Fat burners remain…
I personally feel 100 times better on NPP vs Tren and the reduction in cortisol alone, I feel will be a huge player to continue to progress. Tren is required in most cases but for periods at a time…I personally would not run it for more than 6-8 weeks at a time moving forward.

Hey Triv – following along. Who’s your coach?
Been seen a local guy for consults who assisted me map out my prep. I see him every so often whilst bouncing idea’s off some other bodybuilding mates who have a very keen eye and good advice.
I may/will probably commit to full coaching closer to the show, say 16-12 weeks out.
For now, things are bang on…
