if by constantly you mean every day, no. I only use on training days. So either 4 or 5 days a week depending if i had a damn good pull or leg day and need an extra day of rest. I was training 2 on 1 off but with school it has been 3 on 1 of 2 on 1 off, repeat. Also, the only reason my insulin has increased is because my calories have increased not just to taper up lol this is also the first time post diet ive stayed in really good condition so ive carried on the use.
