Since, my performance on gym was drifting down the hill despite I pushed the efford high and took off the volume. I think I should go into a gaining phase since my goal is to build mkre lean tissues!

Hey buddy, personally I’d be trying to gain. It totally depends on your goal but if you want to be bigger and increase muscle you need to focus on that right now. Try and keep your diet clean and not gain much gain but a lot of tissue needs to be gained.
thanks for your advice Louis!

Personally I’d still try come down a touch more and get more leaner get those abs fully popping to allow you a longer runway to push up .
Thank u so much for your reply Oscar Young. But Iam also confused and unsure how long should the diet continue based on the above photos and readyto push upp! Hopefully you can guide me through! Much appreciated

Hello mate, you need to lean down a little.
Dont target a weight, target a look.
The skin you are holding on yhe love handles on the picture is a great indicator that you still have a thick skin and a tiny amount of fat.
Get leaner until the skin comes thin like “paper” almost.
Imo in two/three weeks you are good to start.
And from now on, always take your visual with legs also, front side and back and fasted ✨
I really appreciate your feedback, Allison. I’ll follow your advice and focus on getting leaner until the skin gets thinner rather than chasing a number on the scale.
I’ll also make sure to take future progress photos fasted and include legs, front and back.
Cheers for taking the time to help me out! 🙏
