I think your main issue is lack of patience and consistency. Fat loss takes time, it’s not easy and it’s not comfortable and a lot of people tend to give up before they get to where they want to be.
You have to create an energy deficit through diet and output and take a steady approach with this instead of doing everything at once and being too drastic too soon. Training needs to be kept a priority too and intensity kept high in order to hold onto your muscle tissue. As you get leaner, you also need to control your training volume to accommodate your recovery ability and maintain strength.
Your body doesn’t like being away from homeostasis, so you will feel tired, hungry and potentially have some disrupted sleep.. this comes as part of it and where mental strength comes in.
Be smart with your approach, take your time and manipulate your variables one at a time. Think about your food choices in order to help with satiation, so pick single ingredient, nutritious, high volume foods to fill you up. Have a structured routine that you are able to follow every day and create daily habits.
Every day that you stick to the plan and tick every box.. that’s another successful day on the road to your goal.

Trained arms, VERY full muscles thriughout entire workout.
Not a buge amount of water consumed in the day either (still trying to find the sweet spot without over hydrating)
170-200mg test Prop weekly (daily injections)
Cialis pre wrkout but have been for a while so wont be that -
I do just over 2 g per meal spread across 6 meals and 1 intra workout pretty easy and not really a high amount should probably be more tbh
Does nothing to the look but helps with Performance a ton imo
Nothing else changes… salt is under consumed by most especially athletes

how much water dk you consume in rough litres per day with regard to this amount?
