Worse id imagine as thats nearly 3 x at least over a high trt dose. You might have to pct? Im not 100% sure though, sone of the more experienced members should have more of an idea.

Ok that Looks great for bloods. But no hormone in that one. The Hormone Male Mini check (Test/Oest/freeTest/SHBG) looks like a good addition along side Well man.

And In comparison to you 4 day split? I feel it will ‘feel’ somewhat different as its all % based and light accesory work, as appose to your more Yates style training to failure, high intensity etc?
