I do think it’s a choice not to be taken lightly but at the same time for health purposes alone as u get older it seems to make sense..

Well tbh I’m not fat but I’m not gym pretty either, ie there’s no visual six pack etc so I guess I’m around 20% + BF and been eating in a surplus for as long as I can remember, definitely need to hold myself more accountable though so a log book is a great plan 🙂 I’m also on the JP split

I’ve heard similar principals recently only 4 week cruise at 200-250 with HCG and 6 week on say 500 test, and another compound (deca/EQ/Tren etc) drop the HCG off and add Anti eastrogens, so 4 weeks C 6 week Blast repeat repeat repeat

Yes I getting blood work done before I go on again for sure now after joining these forums, when u say 0.5 u mean of arimadex or similar ?

Hi, I’d like to bring my arms up as they are a measly 15.3 inches 🙁 What are your thoughts on making them a priority ? Ie their own day? Possibly twice a week? Rep ranges ? Style of training?
