Yes blood and guts is a short plan, im not on a cycle atm and don’t plan one until possibly end of the year, only 500mg test E as it will only be my second. Do u feel that program is enough consisting I’m not assisted ? Or would u suggest adding another movement to each specific workout day? I’ve been lifting 5 years, 2 seriously, 205lb 5ft 10, 115 bench, 190 squat, 240+ DL. Thanks for your swift reply. Toby
