Is the gyno visible? something you want to knock on the head asap before is sticks. Letrozole is v strong and will get rid of early lumps, long term you will need a better solution, using compounds that don’t impact your gyno and looking at a good anto oestrogen protocol, aromasin and even caber.

Not at all visible, without really digging inside and behind my nipple onto my pec, i wouldn’t even know it was there tbh

Also I’ve had an infection in my right eye (bad exterior stie) so i thought they could be lymph nodes as I’m not exuding any of the other gyno type symptoms and the timing is obviously ‘convenient’ ?

Couple of supps that have helped me sleep are:

    Kodiak Coma
    Redcon1 Fade Out
Both great at helping put me to sleep and keep me there. Tried with other members of the fam who have struggled with being light sleepers and said they never roused once. They are untrained so it seems to work for all. I don’t use these every night though, mainly use them the night before a rest day to maximise sleep when I’m not up early to train. Works well

Fade out works definitely but the melatonin in it turns me into a zombie after a week or so for some reason

Hmmm ive had similar issues and have gone down similar routes, all of ahich are viable. Had a sleep test oximeter etc. Nothing conclusive… but tbh i have all the symptoms of sleep apnea in some form or other.
Consequently ive bought a Cpap machine and the relevant parts from a seller online to see if that solves it.
