More practice… play around with different angles , hand positioning, elbow level , direction of your rep , slow down the rep and just FEEL what your chest is telling you. Also body angle and foot positioning too
Theres so many angles and “pathways” a cable fly can take you just need to find which works best for your body mechanics

This depends on a lot of things, as of now 25-50mg sublingual pre workout to keep strength is very solid. If you can’t do it Sublingual take it with your meal closest to your workout.
When you start cutting I would take it everyday, dosing really depends on blood work and your tolerance to it. I would either do (10mg a day (5 morning 5 night) or (20mg a day, 10 morning 10 night). Hope this helps you out ! Lmk if you have any other questions !

Depends what you’re trying to maintain, if it’s just performance in the gym. 25-50mg Sublingually preworkout is perfect
Thanks I appreciate that. Yeah I’m just trying to maintain performance for a few more weeks before increasing food again. Next march I want to get absolutely shredded in the example is it worth taking daily or still only pre-work out

So question I would say, why do you think you need an ai ? As I think it’s very rare to use only some really need moderate use and that’s very sporadic
That is a good question. I guess I’ve just always taken it because I was told I need to, and out of fear of gyno I’ve never taken it out so perhaps it’s something I need to revisit and learn more about

There’s no right or wrong way. If you need to cut, it takes as long as it takes to get you into the position needed to then push back up again. You don’t want to draw this out for longer than necessary, but the rate of loss will be dictated by your current body composition and how much bodyfat you need to drop. Being natural or assisted will come into play too with how aggressive you can go.
