    There’s no right or wrong way. If you need to cut, it takes as long as it takes to get you into the position needed to then push back up again. You don’t want to draw this out for longer than necessary, but the rate of loss will be dictated by your current body composition and how much bodyfat you need to drop. Being natural or assisted will come into play too with how aggressive you can go.

    Thanks for the replies! I’ve been running pull rest push legs rest repeat I’ve been doing 2 set of 1 tricep movement and 2 sets of 2 bicep movements I’ll try touching them up on leg day and see where it goes!

    For myself I experience frequent bouts of elbow pain in my left elbow and when it is flaring up I put a sleeve on the left elbow only and I’ll put it on before I leave the house for the gym. That being said I use one that is more for comfort and warmth. Some elbow sleeves will assist slightly in the stretched position of presses and those from my understanding are used to protect elbows and prevent pain or even work through pain. These ones I’m referring to are generally very tight and a lot of guys use them only during working sets and heavy warm up sets. So it just depends on your goals, strength, and elbow health. I hope this helps
