    With 3 sessions per week I would do a mix

    Lower
    Rest
    Upper
    Rest
    Full Body
    Rest
    Rest

    The session where you hit full body you’ll obviously have to dial back volume for each muscle group.

    That’s impressive. I’m starting to see a slight dip on my chest pressing as I diet (still over 24 weeks out) and thought about including more exercises (currently 3) to my rotation to keep lifts on the up for a little longer.

    You usually keep 3 exercises per muscle group in rotation, correct? What’s your experience with more (4-5 exercises) in rotation?
