Ive just watched a documentary (Arnold was one of the producers) on netflix about it where I just found out that Arnold is a plant base diet guy which i was surprised. Everyone reading this now, get that up on your phone and start the song at 2 mins, put headphones in turn them up as loud as u can. Now imagine what you want in your life , what you want from competing, what you want to achieve…. now think about times when u didn’t get what you wanted , when you really felt pain , like real pain – like for me , I think about nearly losing Corinne – the only thing in my life that really makes any sense. I think about growing up without a mum and why that happened – I think about the pain I went through when I had therapy for 6 months , when I was laying on my kitchen floor having panic attack’s that I couldn’t even get up . I relive those moments and then picture all those things standing between me and the set , in that moment the only way to win those battles in my head is to win the set. Keep focusing on the music and just absolutely unleash every bit of emotional power you have . At 2 mins 35 that song starts to drop.at 3 mins 5 is when I would start my set for example and if im really fresh – by that point I’m absolutely in a diff place

MemberSeptember 21, 2019 at 10:22 pm in reply to: Jordan’s 2019 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Hello jordan first i want to thank you for the awesome free content u post on ig and your great content here, you are an inspiration for me man more than u can imagine,and please let me know if the following is off topic to post here so i can move it but I thought that its ur split and u followed it and u know best,so iam running ur fullbody split and i was recovering good so ive tried to play abit with rest pauses for the upperbody since it demands less recovery so i have added only 1 rp set on the backdown set of 2 from the 4 excercises per week(the 20 rep set so ilower the weight less than normal do 15 and 5 more reps after rp) and iam recovering well and overloading them each time but the log book showed me smth that whenever i push my self on those rp set the following excercise (so triceps after inc press) is stalled but the thing is on my good days both goes up together and my overall progression is going great ,so my questions are here
-should i implement rest pauses ( i planned first 3 months 1 rp next 3 2 rp next 6 3 rp (since it’s dante’s sweetspot so iwill be sticking with it until i finish the split )as long as iam recovering or is the above indication of not recovering or will i progress more without them?
-what’s your stand on volume do u inc it as long as u are recovering and its not hurting the other variables or only inc it when the performance stall?Wrote a proper goddam essay BUT did you forget to read inside the brackets where is says NO OFF TOPIC POSTS. Ffs are you guys that lazy fuck ass licker or its just my impression? As some will know that follow my logs , my doses do sometimes basically turn into what I can fit in a barrel because after 10
Years of taking stuff daily , it winds me up a bit. ( how people have the patience to still take synthol is beyond me… and the time!! Fuck me, when I used that shit in 2011 ( it did work well) , I think it would take 30-40 mins to do it, I don’t have that time to spare in a day now just for a half inch on my arm) , so cycle adjusted to :
630 test e , 700 eq, 420 tren ace – all dimensions , I can fit this all in a one ml insulin needle ???? . I will save the primo for when I go back up again , and drop The tren for like 1400 primo. Probably about 6-7 weeks off that just yet though_________________________________________

With the 1ml insulin where do you usually shot as the needle is quite short? dont you struggle to get the oil through the needle as the gauge is also quite small? Thanks

We swap things out when we totally stall and can’t get stronger and then bring them back in again. Over the case of maybe a few years we basically have the same structure , same volume, same exercises , we just swap the odd move in and out , swap the odd rest day here and there , maybe add / take away volume. Largely it never changes or needs to.

Just curious if from time to time it needs changing as body might stop responding to it, like ive done coaching with u about 1 year ago, and had to stop, got in touch to get coaching again, but as you are busy lately you are not taking anyone, so im still using the same amazing training program you “prescribed” last year and been using since then, but I started to feel like upper body is not responding anymore, so got a bit curious how often/if you change ur training split/exercises. Thanks

Best way to learn and avoid look like a cunt asking stupid question on a log that says NO OFF TOPIC POSTS, lol. Btw would be a great idea if the forum would have a search option that also includes words, like whats app has when ur in a chat u can search for specific words, at least I think it would avoid ppl from interfering on the log with dumb questions that have been answered before ( even tho as lazy as some fuckers are they still not gonna use it) anyways, keep up, ur killing it and thanks for overflow your knowledge and share ur experience with the thirsty ones willing to learn.

It’s a decent 280 , so next week when Deload I will lower carbs by 100 on lower days and 75 on upper, as I mentioned I really need to solidify this and not just get fat. I think I have been blasting 8 weeks now. ( I keep losing count this time for some reason)
