    Back on what you said regarding insta, progress pics and etc, totally agree with it, now days we see bunch of ppl trying to show pics, write a damn essay about how difficult it was and blah blah blah get likes and comments, but whats the point? I think what counts is what you show on stage, ive seen so many dudes everyday wearing smaller and smaller clothes, tank top, or 2 sizes smaller tshirt and lifting it all the time to check the abs, besides posing in front of every mirror at the gym so ppl will see them, but see what? There aint a goddamn thing there to be seen, ur not on a stage, what do they freakin have in mind? I respect everyone, they are free to do whatever they want, but for me this isnt bodybuilding, bodybuilder is a life style, you dont need anyone to approve or to see what ur doing, bodybuilding for me is, get ur shit done and send pics to ur coach, the rest u save to show on stage.

    Well, I might be wrong, please you guys correct me if Im, but I think we should take into consideration the insulin receptor saturation, sometimes that amount of food can be causing the insulin receptor to be saturated, it will affect the whole process. I had loads of drugs and food years ago and I was facing the same issue, When I started with my new coach and nutritionist, they cut down to less than half kcal I was eating, I even thought I would be bare hungry and loose weight, within about 15 days body start to respond, shape started to change and weight increase. So check it out, maybe it will help you.

    Ive got same issue, but my sweats are mad and smells like ammonia, ive read while doing research that the lack of carbs can cause your body to brake down the proteins as source of energy and it can cause crazy sweats with ammonia smell, so usually when i have my last meal before bed with 300g rice it doesnt happen, but on my diet for non training days im still getting it cuz i havent got carbs on my last meal. So maybe you should try
