    Joe u understand any difference at 1400 primo … with the same 1400Mg mast enath in place of primo ?? Or more mast e and less primo ( for example 800-1000 mast e and 400-600 primo )?

    Here’s my current diet set up for you guys, quite a lot of info here. Any questions please fire away – supps wise I’m obv using the tbjp supps and they cover all bases mentioned here.

    FOOD WEIGHTS ARE INTENDED AS RAW. PRE-COOKED.
    Upon waking up
    -1 lemon pressed in a big glass of water.
    -10g glutamine
    -5g bcaa
    -Cup of black coffee
    -300mg magnesium
    -2g carnitine

    30min steady pace cardio/pulse 120bpm
    (No am cardio on quads)

    Post cardio:
    15g EAAs
    10g glutamine

    Meal 1:
    40g whey isolate
    200g egg whites
    1 hole egg
    120g cream of rice
    1 bagel OR 2 hot cross buns
    40g jam OR 30g honey
    1 banana
    —————-
    lower kcals:
    40g whey isolate
    200g egg whites
    1 hole egg
    120g oats
    50g blueberries

    Multivitamin-multimineral-2g omega 3-50mg Zinc-500mg berberine-5000i vitD

    Meal 2:
    250g chicken or turkey

    30min pre training:

    Intra training: 10g EAAs-20g HBCD-500ml coconut water

    Post training:

    (NOTHING ON REST DAYS)

    After 30/45min post training:
    125g cream of rice or rice
    250g lean beef
    50g pineapple
    5g olive oil

    OR
    60g iso
    5g Evoo
    125g COR
    50g jam
    10g almond butter
    2 hot cross buns
    100g pineapple

    Bro after the meal which u have after training with. Beef … you have another 2 whole meals with chicken / rice after ?? Because at your meal plan you stole at the post workout meal ,

    I do 5 days only right now ti save some costs and less water retention. Sometimes I like 10iu every other night when growing. This works even better for me

    You personally in your weight/ level use 10iu max gh

    Believe that 5-7 iu it’s a good dose for growing and cutting phase ??

    5 or 6 iu at one dose at night for growing phase ( 5 days per week )

    And 6-7iu splitting this 3-3.5 am and 3-3.5 pm for cutting phase

    And when drops the peds off and keeps only trt for some months keeps there there gh at 3-4 iu only at night .

    This will be plenty for a person (100-105kg ) for growing / cutting / health phase ??

    Bro u understand any difference in gh use of 5 iu with 7-10 iu ?? Or you prefer to use more gh off season(7-10iu ) and reduce the dose to 4-5iu on diet ?

    And sometimes you prefer to use 5 days per week ( maybe you mean training days only ) which is the difference you prefer sometimes 5 days ?? With ed ?

    This stack is the perfect .. I use it , cover everything citrus bergamot/ red yeast / grape seed / Arjuna / nattokinase for cholesterol and heart , vital support for liver and astragalus for kidneys , ip6 I don’t know if helps for hematocrit I use it extra but the plenty water understand that helps a lot to keep down the hematocrit and hemoglobin

    But the fear for eq that don’t use it a lot was because tell that increase a lot the hematocrit but maybe must make it a try and check it with bloods to understand better this

    Eq gives me better results then primo when growing. Primo / masteron is better during contest prep

    With EQ to avoid any issues with hematocrit you use any health supplement ?? Or only with plenty of water you keep the hematocrit in normal range ?? You have try anytime eq more than 600-800 ?? Or the max dose which you prefer is 600mg ??

    Bro if I understand you prefer better this scenario to keep test as base ( for gain phase or cutting ) slow ester test at 400-1000 max per week

    And for second compound you choose EQ or masteron enathate or deca (nandrolone decanoate ) sometimes or any anapolon and keep the deca at doses 200-300 per week ( this use it only for joints ?? )

    And changes the other two compound eq or mast enath … and keep it at lower dose of test …

    The max period which use eq or mast enath is 6-8 weeks … And after change it to other compound ?? For example keep the eq 6-8 weeks and after change it with mast enath for another 6-8 weeks … ?? Not prefer to keep eq for 12-16 weeks and after in other phase again keeps the mast e for 12-16 week ?

    And sometimes when u use the gh some periods you use it only at night all the dose … sometimes only at morning all the dose and some times split it half am and half pm , which is the difference from this changes ( to take it all at morning fasted or at night ??

    Mate now you are in off season period ?? Off season period you prefer to use only dht ( such the primo or mast e ) with test ?? Don’t prefer any npp or eq ?? Or a combo of eq with dht ?

    So new lowest body weight today 233 lbs 4th day today on low carbs. Hitting 150 carbs and easy 1 hour cardio.

    Steps seem to be around 12k, and I’m getting leaner on these numbers

    Feel flat today and really starting to drag. It’s a rest daf

    I don’t think I need a big high food day just yet so tomorrow I’m gonna throw in a moderate amount maybe 400-500g to top up, then take some more fat off for a few days before needing a big feed

    Yesterdays leg day was good but did drag quite a bit so I know I need something

    At this point I’m really tuning into my appetite cos it’s ridiculously high all the time so that doesn’t tell me much anymore.

    Protien is consistent at 350 ish. Fats around 60

    Cycle getting adjusted too as of today

    600 test
    600 mast
    400 tren
    50 anavar
    50 winny
    40 Clen
    37.5 t3

    Legs today went extremely well. Still on a run of some cool training sessions at the moment even if the body weight isn’t budging lol

    Felt strong. Felt a little flatter then usually due to yesterdays rest day low calories food.

    But strong and pumped none the less

    No insulin

    Insulin would help me gain some more, but I don’t like how it makes me feel. Gut doesn’t feel right with it

    Bro with so high test u use and any AI. Together ?? Eq you show that helps you the same such dht ( primo / mast e ) for growing phase ?? Because a lot person tell that eq don’t works good or that is neurotoxic … u use it for 12-16 weeks max before you change this to any other compound ??
    Gh all before bed don’t give us any sides .. because most split it am and pm and other person use it only morning and other use it pre workout and post workout!
    Find best timing for you at night all dosage ?
    Eq and test u use again viogen same with gh ?
