Believe if the estradiol is very high 3-4x more from max … last blood test have e2 170 with ( max number lab number 45) and progesterone little higher 0,35 believe from the too high estradiol ! Any gyno sides I don’t have until now but will be better some AI usage eod or E3D such aromasin to reduce this so high e2 ??
And eGFR if is little low the vital support and more hydration ( more water electrolytes ) will help this to raise more up ?

And mast e 400mg until December and this week tritate this to 600 …And now calculate to stay in test in this at 500mg and reduce the mast at 400mg and add and another 200 primo
** December use and little androl 50mg per day before workout 120mg tri tren/week but now stop it I don’t know if this make any side in gfr( but until now I don’t use vital support or something with astragalus)
** last month work a lot at my job and don’t have a lot rest and have and poor sleep … ( this show when I test my total test and show lower number from that I waiting … )
** and water until November I drink 5-6 litr … but at December I can’t drink so much water and reduce it at 3.5 max 4 …
Health Supps which I use
Vital support ( start it this month at 8 caps per day 4 am 4 pm )Love heart take 2 caps per day at AM
Love care take 5 caps per day … at night together with 500mg
glucophase ( fast acting glucophase not the SR )
Insure use 6 caps per day ( 2 with meal 1 … 2 pre workout meal 2 post workout meal )
Vitamin d3 k2 tbjp 1-2 caps ( use 2 if have low vit d at bloods )
Vitamin c … 3 g per day ( with meal 1 , 3 , 5 )
Betaine hcl ( with meal 1 , post meal and last meal )Telmisartan 40mg /nebivol 2.5mg ( this keep me BP at 12/6 and heart rate 58-65 ) because before start again Telmisartan my BP was 137-140/80 … and my heart rate was little high … and have now 1 week which start the ARB and beta blocker
And now check every day and BG because hba1c have 5.4 with max the 6. Fasted BG have now with 600 carbs at 82-90 ( 90 sometimes ) and calculate if I see that goes up will put some lantus 10-15iu morning fasted before meal 1
( from blood test I don’t know if so high estradiol will want little antiestrogen to help me … E3D … and for GGR I don’t know if the fatigue is any reason … and the water which I reduce and with anadrol and tren reduce the number of GFR
**LDL , triglyceride, total cholesterol is in the best numbers only HDL(20) is low but total cholesterol I have 80 and ldl is 52 .. and vldl at 8 … and the triglycerides is very low …
Only estradiol seems very high ( which believe make and progesterone to be little high 0.15 more than max … ) but GFR first time show this low ( and urea and uric acid is normal only creatinine is 0.05 higher than max … and believe vital support help in this and the more water hydration ..Vlis

I only increase dosages when and if I need to. Once I stayed on 600 test for 12 weeks without changing cos I was progressing. So no need to increase dosage
I’m not active outside of the gym. Without gym or my dog walk I do maybe 2000 steps. I burn a lot in the gym. I do high volume so burn more then 1000-1500 just training. Steps maybe another 1000. I don’t count calories
I hate micro dosing. 1 or 2 shots every week works perfect for me

If with high volume train mate you burn 1000-1500 kcal and total
With step you reach near to 1500kcal burned per day … this help you more to keep you more lean the period which you push the protein high and carbs ( and eat near to 5500-6000 kcal per day )
This I understand and for me with high volume if I burn near to 1000 cal … and with step if I burn near to 500-700 kcal … and reach the 1500-1800kcal burned per day help me a lot and with appetite and with better digestion and keep

I’m not lucky. I was always a chubby kid, even when I was 15-20 years old I got fat easy. I’ve been training hard for over 20 years. And I haven’t abused my body with high dosages etc also good genetics of course. So my metabolism and insulin sensitivity have been trained to be where they are. It takes time
If I want to just get big heavy and I will do test eq and maybe a little deca.
