Now my weight is 101-102 kg bf believe near to 12% try to push little the food see that with more carbs have better result … with peds have try many changes for a lot of years and make many false to use a lot test or a lot bolden …have try and 1500 test and 800-1000 bolden tren 600-700but a lot water and many side effects
Find my sweet spot to use medium test e 300-600 and one dht mast enath 400-600 usually because don’t have find good primo and I see that mast e works + little bolden or little npp ( 200-300 per week ) or little tren , 3-4iu gh + lantus 15-25iu after meal 1 and apidra 5iu pre workout meal + 5 post workout meal

No it isn’t too much I am eating almost 800g carbs it’s about right, I drink around 8 L

Can use at morning 10-20iu lantus or more ?? With no problem in blood glucose ? + 5iu apidra pre workout meal + 5iu apidra post workout meal … and avoid to eat fats only post workout ??
Depends how much food you are eating mate
Generally I need 10 iu lantus when I get to around 600 g carb daily
15 when I hit around 700
20 when I go over 750/800I never use over 20, 0 benefits aside from trashing your sensitivity. Prophylactic use is to support and aid not do it for you
Dosage you need will be individual to you but hopefully this helps

For macros … you calculate the protein ( meat .. whey ) raw measure ???And when you try to loose fat cut calories from carbs and fat only ??or prefer to use carbs to help and with training and only use cardio ??
