Hi, thank you all for the replies, I’m replying to Kerry, I deliberately put 3 sets of biceps in the LOWER, because in that wo I had more space as I couldn’t go too far with the volume on the quads, because I have the FULL1 only two sleeps later, if I also put the biceps in the FULL1, I would be forced to do only 1 set in the LOWER, another option would have been to insert the biceps in the two FULLs (1 set per session) and in the UPPER (2 weeks), but I would have had a LOWER session that was too short and an UPPER session that was too long, whereas by doing this they are more balanced.
Regarding PUSH exercises, there are 3 possibilities:
1) 2 Sets of a Push Compound 2sets of side risers 1set of triceps isolation
2) 1 Set of Push Compound (chest focus) 1 Set of Push Compounds (focus Shoulder) 2sets of side risers 1set of triceps isolation
3) 1 Set of Push Compound (chest focus) 1 Set Chest Insulation 2sets of side risers 1set of triceps isolation
I’m evaluating which of the 3 hypotheses I prefer and recover better.
