    Mon; chest abs am. Shoulder pm
    Tues; back
    Weds; Arms
    Thursday; chest with shoulder top up
    Fri; legs
    Sat; back top up
    Sun; off

    Hi Ryan, how do you setup your AM chest & PM shoulder session and how has your recovery been? Very interested to see your entire split and how you programming this setup.

    Md, everyday on wake 30 mins bike at 140
    Ish bpm

    We probably could be there with the US launch now but Corinne and I have had a lot of work since we moved all our U.K. stock into our own warehouse , this has slowed down USA , but once we get the new U.K. site Up ( this week) , we can then focus on the USA aspect and get that moving much faster
