Hi @drdeanstmart . I started talking doctors best 120,000iu on empty stomach, ate 2hrs after taking . made me vointly ill an vomiting everytime i take it .

Hi dean. Stomach always bloated. Heartburn all the time , appetite in toilet only 2 -3 meals a day. ive stopped drinking diluting orange juice seems to have helped with heartburn. Any suggestions or help greaty appreciated mate. Told activated charcoal may help.
