My knees a fucked at the age of 27 after 3 Knee Recos from sports.

6 years Natty training. 12months Assisted
So doing Test Prop and NPP to try and keep water lower
Currently running 375 Test and 300 NPP ,.25 Caber EOD , 25mg Aromasin EOD
Tapered up.
Results after 4 weeks
Good movement in the joints strength going up steadily however trying to please the girlfriend operating with a Semi limp Noodle is not ideal.
So i guess a mixed bag of results:
Up 4kg (mostly Water)
Starting weight morning 83.5 kg @ 5% on three sites.
Current weight 87kg @ 5% on Three sites
Macros on 5 meals
P 200g Carbs 500g Fat 150g
BF on Three Sites Skin callipers 5%- 6% Still
Anyone got any advice on the Noodle function. Or just find a Cialis ?
