Hey Kuba, now that Rhea has qualified, will you be at the O this year?

Hey Kuba, been seeing everyone talking about SLU as a sub for clen, but I don’t see them acting the same way-do you find one more effective than the other?

Yes this would be a good time to do this.

How long have you been running your split for?

Been on Upper lower 4x a week since November, started my first cycle in December so I have been making consistent progression and have only needed to make a few changes

Sorry forgot to end with my question, does anyone have any experience with this? Or is it possible that thyroid medication may need to be deployed?

I’m no expert in the demand in the US, but I think TBJP would do well there-the quality is far above most US products

Jabbing daily is a new thing. Many great bodybuilders in the past would jab 2 to 3 x per week. I personally hate jabbing so do it over 2 days or 3 max. I’ve known pro bodybuilders jab one 5ml.jab once a week just because they don’t like jabbing. Is that optimal hormone wise, no but they certainly built a ton of muscle.

I agree, jabbing is definitely a pain in more than just the literal sense lol

Are you going in with enough food? I agree with Sara here too.

    I always ensure I get 1 litre in before I train at 9am 🙂

How much sodium are you on per day?

    6g salt, and 5L daily

There are some individuals who have an oat intolerance due to an enzyme lacking, which causes problems digesting them efficiently. Taking a digestive enzyme such as Digest Pharma Pro with an oat meal may help, so could be something you could try.

The fibre in oats can also be difficult for some people to digest, particularly in large amounts. Soaking oats over night or cooking them can help to break the fibre down, so that is another thing you could try.

Failing that, I would switch them out for Cream of Rice, which will be far easier to digest and tastes amazing!

Ill give that a shot soaking them overnight thank you

Hello mate, for many years I just couldn’t digest oats, i removed them totally

I switched for cream of rice tbjp

And one year ago, i added oats again, same cooking same brand same flavour than before; and no problem anymore without using any enzymes, nor in the past nor lately.

Just give your body a rest.

Or find a way to cook it or a best brand belly friendly

    Thanks!

I love oats too. I have 400-600g every day usually. I find good quality rolled oats (not cheap stuff) digest better. But if struggling then maybe just give them a rest. When food is high for me, I can’t eat time as much, but I find blending them works too.

    Thanks Sas!
