    It’s my 2nd/3rd did one proper one then I ended up with a bad coach so cut it after 3 weeks was of for a bit n now I’m on this. I had mast instead of primo but just changed to primo.[/quote]

    Yes man in the end of the day it was my fault I decided to go with it but yes alot of irresponsible coaching outtheir.

    Also I’m curious what you view on training and working is, so if you have like 9-5 and its training day, do you just get after it? So what’s the limit with work hours etc before you decide to do it on next day?

    Like currently I don’t work but I have done all this year 45 hour weeks. I just try to train pre work and if I feel shit after s day of work I would have just take a day of because if you feel shit you likely not gonna improve so no need for me to train then.
