I’ve taken them in hand luggage before now, with barrels and swabs and pins, and never had anything said to me.
If AAS were illegal to possess, I doubt Border Force would let them go through, especially since they won’t let you through with a bottle of evian or a can of deodorant.

Do you ever cruise anymore on just test? Or are you at the stage now where other compounds are necessary year-around to keep progress rolling?
Thanks -
What is the fastest route to becoming Dan Green?
LOL
Srs though.
Also, I second the long videos. I much, much prefer to watch someone talk their way through a concept or subject than just hit you with the “what” and leave you unaware as to “why” you’re doing something.

Hi Dean
I have a quick Q… I have stopped using metaformin (~8hr half life I understand) and started using SN GDA stack. What is the approx. half life of this?
I like to take most of my sups AM, before work, but I am concerned that the effect of the Berberine HCL particularly may have worn off entirely by the time I have my first big carb meal of the day, which sometimes isn’t until well after 2-3pm, and even occasionally later.
Thanks dude!!

Hey Dean
Looking to buy a blood pressure monitor … I’ve looked at Amazon / Medisave and they have some many different ones (and different prices) .. which one should I invest in? My arm is fairly big, so i assume I need one with a large cuff.
I use Quardio and it’s mint.

Mike Israetel and Broderick Chavez make a *very* good case for not dropping carbs on rest days, especially if you are pushing the envelope with your training. Look into it.
Also, personally, if you are off season… unless you are like 150lbs I don’t know why you could only use 200g carbs on a training day. That’s 800 calories. On a big squat or deadlift day, I’m pretty sure I get through 2/3rds of that just in the 2 hours I’m in the gym.

Nope.

Mint, thanks. Didn’t know if there was a reliable aggregated source of data. Will start to plumb the depths of the references list for that paper, haha. Cheers buddy.

You’ve got to be absolutely massive to need 6,000 cals and for some unknown reason, at the same time, you need a relatively small amount of carbs (can’t think why–I’m only 95kg and I’m dieting on more carbs than this).
Sounds very odd.

Hi Dean
So I am not peppering you with questions that I could find out for myself in our upcoming skype consult, what is your go to source of reference for half-life times? I see so many banded about forums!!
Cheers pal

Hi Stephen
Out of interest, what dose of TB500, BPC-157 and HGH are you using?
I am obviously not as experienced as you, but I will say this:
HAMMER you ab work when you feel able to and keep on top of T-spine mobility. I had a hernia pulling a deadlift about 10 years ago. Got it fixed, and felt fine to train “normally” after about 8 weeks and “hard” after about 4-5 months. Since then the wound itself has been fine.
However, the surgery and resulting scar tissue left me with some serious imbalances. My left side of TVA, for example, are noticeably more hypertrophied than my right and contract harder. This is very very noticeable when I am lean (10-12%, say). I genuinely feel like this has been the root cause of long-term problems with my right shoulder.
These days my right shoulder is a mess. I did my first pain-free bench pressing in several years yesterday. I’ve been to see dozens (literally) of physios and spent endless £ on treatments over the years, all with different attitudes about what the issue is and what to do about it.
Fortunately, now, it’s getting better, but it’s only the most recent physio I have seen that has made the connection between the hernia op followed by no core work = weaknesses = imbalances = after years and years of loading those imbalances with weights and BJJ, you have shoulder pain that is not structural (i.e., skeletal) and can’t work out why. I am now having treatment on the shoulder and my back, sorting my posture out, and am hammering the core work. It is literally only in the last month that I have seen some considerable improvement.
Just some food for thought, mate.
Best of luck with your recovery.

Dean, thank you so much for the responses, mate.
Really appreciated.

When you get some time.. Another somewhat random question. No rush.
Soooo…
BP and blood work is generally fine (you saw my latest). BP ranges from 89/60 to 119/61 during the last few days.
I did a very hard squat workout the other day and seem to have had an irregular and more rapid HR since…
It has gone from low 50s to mid 60s at rest, and occasionally my chest feels tighter or weird somehow. Very difficult to describe.
3 days later and it’s much better but still there to the point where my Fitbit won’t track my sleep cycle as it claims it can’t get an accurate read of my HR in various phases of sleep.
I have trained since and noticed nothing strange during training.
I have changed no PEDs or supps. SLeep otherwise is OK, 7-8 hours or more.
Is this just something that sometimes happens sometimes? Or should I get it checked out?
Thanks for your time.Edit: I have stared using tb500 and bPC157 as we discussed in the Skype, but that’s it. That’s the only change from my cruise test, Aromasin, GH and health supps/metaformin/etc.
Many thanks again.

Liquid Vit A and Lipo Glutathione 1 hour before you go to airport.
Leave it in mouth for as long as possible.High dose Vit D too.
Keep washing hands and use one of the nasal coating sprays like Vicks First Defense.
Thanks, buddy.
Just wondered why it was that use of HGH seems to lower the immune system..?
