Ellis, few weeks tops. I will be max on orals 4 weeks

    Luke:
    75mg tren ace
    75mg primo
    30mg test prop
    30mg eq
    12.5mg aromasin
    5iu gh
    25mcg t3 100mcg t4
    3x 32mg eph
    All daily
    25mg anavar pre wo

    Hi Jordan

This may be a naive question, but what is 30mg EQ bringing to the table that 75mg tren and 75mg primo are not?

    Thanks in advance.

I also have a polite suggestion for the next time you develop the site: a search function within logs. There is SO MUCH good info in these logs, but it would be great to be able to search them. For example, you may have put at like page 90 of 200+ about why you use EQ (and therefore I could just search for related terms and perhaps answer my own question). Anyway, thanks again. Love the detail in the logs on the site.

First off, thanks again for your time in the consults. It’s been invaluable. If anyone has a BUNCH of questions and wants a really detailed response, I can highly recommend a Skype consult with Big D.

Second, why is it that when I have a weekend away (and especially a flight) where I don’t use HGH, I get a cold almost regardless of precautions taken? Guys are using 5 on 2 off, and seem to have no issues. I use an ED protocol and this seems to leave me very vulnerable. My most recent blood work showed no signs of immune system deficiency (in as much as that limited information can demonstrate).

Finally, is there anything I can do to improve the situation?

    Many thanks

Mike Isratel (sp?) subscribes to that theory too. Last tissue gained is the first lost.

    I do something similar.

    Squat
    Press
    Back
    Arms

Repeat as often as possible. Occasionally swap SQ for DL if my legs are really, really sore.

I have the genetics of a sparrow as well.

I found that consistently progressing the weight in the 3 power lifts and making sure I was eating in a small surplus was the formula that worked for me.

It took about 10 years of spinning my wheels–gaining a bit, then losing it, swapping and changing goals all the time, etc–for me to realise the basics are the answer, and importantly, to actually put it into practice.

But once I did, I went from 70kg to 95kg in about 4 years with very little time spent cutting.

Start taking aspirin right away and avoid sitting for long periods of time (such as when flying long distances) until you had the phlebotomy.

What is your platelet count? Are you sure your primo is legit? is it possible that you have sleep apnea?

    Hi buddy

    Thank you for the advice.

1 – I will start on aspirin today. I’m going to donate blood tomorrow, but my main concern is that this won’t be enough.

2 – Platelet count and other blood related results are in the attachment (it’s a screen dump of my Medichecks test). It’s 269.

3 – I will also try to avoid sitting for long periods of time, too.

4 – I have been clocking up >15,000 steps a day (and routinely over 20k) lately as a matter of course. On top of this I am doing cardio–but I find the advice conflicting.. some sources suggest cardio decreases RBC/HCT and others suggest it raises them. Any ideas?

5 – I am as sure as I can be that my primo is legit. It’s Southern Ghost.

6 – No idea, although my GF hasn’t mentioned anything, and my fitbit seems to think my sleep is OK. Would there be any other tell-tale signs?

    Many thanks in advance.
