What has happened since the session with the big drop off? Has there been a recovery in strength, or have things stayed as in that session?
Has this started to creep into other sessions also, or isolated to push work?
i strained my right trap and had to switch all my exercises to pin loaded machines that didnt cause much pain so i havent done that exercise for a few weeks now.. also switched to 1 on 1 off for more recovery
gonna try it again when fully healed and if still stuck at that weight im might just change exercise completely not sure if thats a good idea? or keep pushing to get back to peak strength on that exercise?

Sounds like you’re not sure of what the actual problem is and should just take a step back… come off cycle.. restart training plan and build again from there
im not just gonna give up and come off cycle i wanna figure out the problem and continue making progress

Id start focusing on your electrolyte balance – increasing potassium mainly
– a bit of GH as well really goes a long way in terms of fullness – but I know you said you didnt want to add in other drugs
i have pharma gh but im saving it for my bulking blast

If you’re doing an aggressive cut, there’s not a lot you can do. The main focus here is fat loss, so you’re going to have to accept some lack of fullness and depletion. Staying hydrated, getting creatine back in, prioritising your carbs around the workout window and adapting training volume to your recovery is pretty much all you can do. Some people have anecdotally reported that Turkesterone helps them with strength and fullness and is a natural supplement that TBJP sells, so that might be worth trying.
how many days out should i start increasing carbs again to bring back fullness for the event ?

if your in a deficit or just came out of a hard cut your TSH will be elevated
i would increase calories to a surplus to get thyroid back to functioning normal again
this always happens to me when i cut, it takes me a couple months to get my thyroid back up to speed and the fastest way to do that is to push calories in a high surplus

your doc is most likely gonna prescribe you T3 or T4 but i would try to fix it naturally first before becoming dependent on thyroid meds

no natural supplement is going to increase your test levels to a significant amount enough for you to even notice a difference… if you really do have low test your best option is to hop on test
turk is a waste of money just overhyped by all these youtubers for money imo,
its been around for a long time and only recently became popular again once they started selling it but if didnt work back then why would it work now

Wake up early and go to bed early.
No magic trick just case of getting your self together and keeping a solid structure
going to bed early isnt always possible tho because of work
when i work nights shifts im always forcing myself to stay up to get all my meals in and i think me forcing myself to stay up super late to eat all my meals has really messed up my internal sleep clock
but if i work morning shifts i get all my meals in faster and can go to bed earlier

why you so worried about being so dry when bulking?
its ok to be holding some water… especially for joints

sleep apnea is genetic
some guys get it when they get too big other big guys dont have it at all for example nick walker doesnt have sleep apnea

have you not learned or watched any of the vids on here of jordan explaining how to setup a good first cycle?
1000mg for a 1st cycle is excessive
