you should pct, come off completely and focus on dialing in training and nutrition before starting another cycle

a cruise should be used as a health phase so using anti estrogens would be counter productive since they negatively affect your lipids
lower your test to an amount your body can handle without needing any anti estrogens

i dont understand why people would want to lower calories on rest days
rest days is when you recover and grow
i always eat the same amount or even more on my rest days when bulking

keep it simple
wait atleast 2-4hrs max between meals

no need to mess around with dosages just cause your bulking

Meal plan – how clean
300mg test e per week split M/W/F
body comp is good not super lean but still have visible abs during this bulk
not doing any cardio
meal plan is always on point eating all clean foods i also add pink salt to all my meals
i notice in the mornings i look good but by the end of the night after eating all my meals im holding alot of water in my lower abs and waist area

5 weeks into my first cycle
270mg of test per week currently (started at 200mg weeks 1-4)
i have a lot of norditropin hgh stocked up in my fridge but have not used any of it yet
havent tested blood glucose
225g of carbs per day just came out of a cut slowly increasing carbs back up with a strict controlled reverse diet with no cheat meals
61g of fats per day
never competed on stage been training naturally for a long time trying to max out my natural potential before starting PEDs and stepping on stage but im 10lbs over my end of cut weight been gaining 3-4lbs per week since starting cycle and it seems like none of it is fat
my goal is to become a mens open ifbb pro ive been planning this for a long time and im tunnel vision on this goal
