the higher the frequency the more stable you will be and less aromatization you will have
so splitting doses into everyday test prop injections would be most optimal if you dont mind being a pin cushion haha

once you start taking hgh anytime of the day your body wont produce its natural gh pulse during sleep anymore
splitting doses am and pm would be optimal

@hilly I’m using Regen pharmaceuticals which I’ve seen lots of test for and they have a lot of competitive bodybuilders they sponsor so I wouldn’t of thought it was bunk but I will get my test levels checked.

Well considering 150mg test should put you in normal range of estro n 500 could put you 3 x over it’s more likely the adex or test is bunk than your body is super sensitive to adex.
However anything is possible.
I must say the fact you think as they sponsor pro there gear must be bang on is amusing.
I have known of 2 labs personally that made 2 batches.
One for there boys. One for the public lol.
Guess which was fully dosed n which was half lol

its only gonna make putting on weight harder and your gonna have to eat more calories.. doesnt make sense to me if the goal is to put on as much mass as possible

i would avoid taking any serm as much as possible because they lower igf1 levels

For the most part, JP has advocated Push, Pull, Off, Legs, Off, Repeat….and because of that it split, it rotates different days on different days of the week. It also means the frequency is a tiny bit higher with each WO being done every 6 days rather than 7.
i see, i feel like that would make tracking progress harder for me instead of having set days each week
