I wouldn’t over think the estrogen thing. Get bloods done at 4 weeks.

Your thinking is good tho n 50mcg will work well.

However as would 150-200mg mast will have similar effect / less stress on liver n cheaper

i planned on getting my estrogen/test/shbg checked after week 2 is that too soon should i let it build up in my system longer for an accurate reading?

i rather take proviron since its an oral, i don’t wanna be injecting a lot for my first cycle.
