JP, no worries on the Increlex. I asked John Meadows, he said to reach out to you as it may be easier to find in the UK…. I am trying to avoid IGF-1 analogue peptides (LR3, DES, etc.). Hmm, well, the hunt continues! Thank you!

JP- Not sure how to PM you this, but, is it possible you can PM me some info on where to find Increlex? It’s damn-near impossible to find here in the states… Apologies if this is out of line for your thread.

JP- do you find Running that much GH adds a ton of water to your frame, especially during a “cut” phase? Seems like if I go above 2.5iu or so a day, I get a bit watery…. I really employ the GH for the anti-catabolic effects and fat burning effects, not to grow during this period. Would you suggest I bump GH up during a cut, as you are? I’m just doing 2iu AM currently

Thanks JP, certainly it’s catabolic at SOME point (50+mcg’s/day)… But, for guys like yourself etc. who are taking so many ANABOLICS… Tough to imagine an almost “replacement” dose of T3 would hurt. What is your reasoning behind it? Increase metabolism/protein synthesis?

Possibly I have missed this answer, so apologies if that’s the case… I know over your 2017 log you mentioned using T3 year round, I assume that’s 25mcgs/day? Is that pre bed, split or AM that you prefer? Also, have you changed your mindset on this in the last year? Seems a lot of guys are stopping T3 usage during mass gaining phases…. I believe 25mc’gs + hGH and anabolics is highly unlikely to be catabolic…. Thoughts? Thanks!

It does help, I think we’re in agreement. I was just curious about other thoughts and what has worked for others, as well. I believe the addition of “enhancements” changes things a bit in terms of the amount of cals you can eat before you gain fat…

Regarding cardio on a mass gaining phase, what’re your thoughts on something like 1x a week on non-lifting days? The idea would be to keep my heart healthier, and possibly keep the metabolism up…

Excellent info, thank you! I hate when people say “insulin makes you fat!” No, overeating makes you fat, the insulin just expedites it… So much misunderstanding regarding insulin it’s mind blowing. Again, thanks for the replies, I enjoy reading them.

JP, I loved reading over Luke’s protocol from Milos regarding his diet/insulin etc. during his off season. I am curious about what insulin/carb usage looked like during a “cutting” phase with Milos?

JP, I’m not a seller my friend, I just homebrew here in the states as it’s less risk to domestically have someone else import the raw powders, and ship them domestically to me. More expensive, maybe, but worth it in the end as I have complete control of the end product.
You can look at Anabolic Lab’s testing. The owner of my home board, MesoRX, started AL as an effort to “mitigate risk” for the average AAS user. They test for micro/metal contamination as well as dosing in common UGL brands.
I have never noticed much pain with the Primo 200 I use. It’s brewed with MCT oil, and it’s very thin, runs easily through 25g pin. It’s actually thinner than the Bayer Rimobolan Amps, IME.

Obviously there are MANY other tests on there that’re worth reviewing. If it’s of interest to you, I have a good connection that HPLCs gear, peptides and GH for a fair price in Romania, and is beyond trustworthy. He’s an excellent tool that I would recommend people consider.

JP, first post here, so hopefully I’m not out of line… However, as a homebrewer I can assure you 200mg’s/ml of primo E is possible. Also, there are HPLCs done by Anabolic Lab (as one example) showing UGLs sending out vials containing over 200mg’s/ml… Not sure what the rules are here regarding links etc….
