    As nath days injectable will always be better but oral is probably easier to get hold of. Depends what you prefers personally I take oral

    Thank you Kamara! I’ll look for tabs although I’m unsure of where to get these outside of SUPPLIMENT NEEDS’ oral solution one. I’ll take a look and ask! All the best!!

    injectable for sure as Nath says – 200mg twice per week I feel is a sufficient dose year round

    I use tabs taking 1000mg daily

    Thank you so much! I feel that puncturing the muscle repeatedly daily is a lot and do much prefer orals too.. I’ll get a hold of both and run it over the year and get bloods done on either/or and see what that says. All the best Rhea!

    Get laterals out of lower day, doing them day before trying to press is just absurd haha

    Reduce press volume in upper , hit 4 total sets pressing , add Laterals

    Remove laterals agajn from lower

    Lower press volume in full body , 3 sets

    Lats raise before pressing – i THOUGHT this may happen but so far after a couple
    Weeks it hasn’t hindered at all. But I’ll take them out and reduce pressing volume as advised! Thank you so very much!

    Is there a really good reason you’re not just going upper, lower, rest, repeat?

    Hi man! The progress I’m making at training kegs every 48 hours is just amazing atm! I’m progressing in resistance and reps and just feels amazing and fun! Driving factor is just personal preference tbh at being able to train legs every 2-3 sleeps over 3 sleep.

    Injectable will always have a better bioavailability. 200mg IM 3 x weekly is a solid dosing pre bed

    20 min light fasted cardio, 3 sets of abs, 10 min sauna, 5 min cold plunge

    Non training day

    Firstly, watching you work (Instagram) is not only refreshing, but uplifting and real inspiring! It’s a real diamond in a sea of rubbish to see a person train so heavy, so intensely! It helps me be a better, so thank you! Have you found Saunas and ice-bath plunges really give you a noticeable “edge” on recovery or are you still assessing of that helps?     Honestly thank you for taking the time to read my message 🙂 The approach you take keeps me grounded yet inspires beyond belief!
    Once I get a chance, I’ll try a sauna/ice plunge routine for myself and see what I feel like! Merry Christmas and Happy Near!

    Hiya man!

    Which company are you using? Mine did the same and I know that Primo I’ve tried personally did the same so I stopped. My limited experience is that either:

    Primo around on the market is bad/dud.

    Primo for your/my body isn’t the one.

    Maybe you havnt tried heating it up (warm water submerged) before administrating?

    I switched to Mast and run a Mast and Test E and that’s perfect for me. Slow solid gain in muscle with mad strength/ no inflammation. Let us know if that helps
