Thanks all – I’ll give proforma a purchase. There are a few Chinese vendors doing Janoshik tests for their bac water with varied results. Mad to think a lot of these vendors sell >99% purity peptides but can’t guarantee similar purity with bac water.

Let’s say you surpass all of your expectations when you get up on stage. You’re happy with the package, and you get feedback from judges/pro’s to go shoot for that pro card. Is this something you would pursue? Cannot wait to see you hit that stage! Thanks for this forum and in particular, this log!!!

Once you’re in full send mode, are you planning on implementing any Reta and following a similar path to JP where he’s pushing GH due to the insulin response?
I think JPs last update was using 24iu’s of GH 😅

Really interested to see your thoughts with implementing peptides. I feel peptides have blown up since JPs talked on IG about his stack/experiences.
What peptides will you be introducing and what starting doses will you begin with?
You looked immense in your shows. Haters will always hate. But you vs last year has been amazing progress. Glad the tear is minor bud!

MemberJuly 6, 2023 at 12:07 pm in reply to: My heart health general guide & supplementation – ensuring the greatest risk manThank you for the great read – I’ve read a lot of information regarding nattokinase which pretty much echo’s everything you have told us – have you got any brand recommendations for this product?
JP – will this be a product you guys will do in the future?

Hope all is well bud.
Just a question regarding the final weeks of prep. Provided you’re lean enough, would adjusting your PED stack to drive estrogen low, contribute with the ‘muscle hardness/dryness’?
Say for example, the current peak dose is 450 test, 400 mast, 250 tren – would you then taper down the test, and taper up the mast for that effect? I’ve also read a number of logs where people have taken AIs for the similar effect? Is this something you would implement for yourself or your clients?
Thanks my man

Yes Kuba – I saw Charlie Mardon’s short video regarding how he’s feeling 8 months after receiving stem cells. How are yourself and Meg feeling since getting treated?
Do you think stem cell treatments are going to increase in popularity and play a big role in the future and longevity of bodybuilding?
-
Hope the injury recovers asap bud. Apart from exercise selection, is there anything else you’re taking or would recommend e.g healing peptides.
Or do you think you’ll head down the stem cells route like Kuba and Meg?
-
Yes Kuba 👊
I’ve been watching Dr Adeel Khan a lot recently regarding stem cell treatment. The benefits of stem cell based treatments sound like a dream. I’m sure/hope you’re documenting your time in Colombia and hope you’re having an awesome time.
Are you able to divulge of what exactly you’re getting done, what results are you expecting and I’m interested in the cost comparison by doing it in South America.
Thanks bud

Yes Kuba – what’s your opinion on escalating fat burners during a diet/prep?
Say for instance your previous preps were using peak dosages of 20mg Yohimbine + 80mcg Clenbuterol, how much time would you give before titrating up to say from 20mcg clen to 40mcg and from 10mg Yohimbine to 20mg. Is 2 weeks more than sufficient?
I much prefer the idea of getting as much as I can get from minimal dosages, whereas a few years ago, I admit I’d go full send and from week 1 start straight at 80mcg clen and be shaking like a leaf suffering with ridiculous anxiety 😅

Hi bud – hope all is well mate. I was just after advice with regards to an injury and what what you’d recommend to do.
I’ve completed 20 weeks of pushing up and I’m currently in my 8th week of a health/maintenance phase – I was ideally looking to start dieting and increasing cardio as of next week, however I’ve injured my right knee – meaning I currently can’t do any quad work which involves bending the knee – this is looking at 6-8 weeks to recover according to my osteo.
Despite the injury, I am able to do steps, cycle my spin bike, and do quad movements on my left leg. And of course – I can perform upper body without any issues.
Would you recommend to continue onto the dieting phase? If so, would you advise to implement a single leg extension, press, squat? Or just avoid these movements until knee is fully healed?
Or would you continue with the health/maintenance phase? – I don’t compete, so I don’t have any deadlines, however I was aiming to complete my dieting phase for 20 weeks where I have a holiday planned mid August.
Appreciate your input as always! Thanks
Hey bud!
If you can do steps, cycle and spin this pretty much puts you in a decent amount of knee flexion.
So my plan would be working unilaterally mainly for all quad work, hamstrings stick to your regular compounds in still ( RDL / sldl ) then move into unilateral leg press and leg ext – train good side as normal ( this will keep a ton of muscle on weaker side ) and then do literally what you can with injured side even if it’s leg press with no load, do it and progress it patiently work in 30/40 reps do anything to get a ton of blood in there bud
I would diet regardless and rehab and train around it bud
Use next 10 weeks to rehab and get as lean as possible to set your self up to grow [/quote]
Thank you mate. Sucks to get an injury but feeling a lot more positive after reading your post. -

Yes Kuba,
I’d just like to hear your opinion regarding the tools we can use throughout a prep/cut and how to effectively run them.
Along with steps, diet and cardio, say for instance you also had clen/t3/ yohimbine as additional tools, how fast would you implement them and is there a necessity to titrate them like you would do for an off-season cycle?
I’ve seen a number of pro’s such as Josh Bridgman who uses a lot of tools from day 1 – and it clearly works for him. I guess another question is how sustainable it is, and will the body’s health markers deteriorate if taking these for a considerable amount of time.
Thanks bud

Yes Kuba – hope you’re well bud. I believe I saw a video of you talking about entering a health phase once the off-season had come to an end.
For some reason, the search function isn’t working right now, but I just wanted to know your views and what the principle was behind this phase before starting prep/cut.
Is this phase about reducing anabolics, cutting calories down to maintenance and tidying up? And how long would generally advise your clients to be in this phase.
Thank you sir!
