4 pps x6 back off 3 x13 on incline cybex, by far the most I’ve ever done. Now I didn’t take my heavier set today simply because I am still a touch under recovered from legs ( they are fucked ) so I didn’t want to go in for extra work today. I’d rather wait
10’days time I will take the additional set it will look like something like this
4 x 7 ( will 100% get 7 )

The heavier set makes that back off feel like FUCK all on the bar, in 10 days il have more BW and will be flying again ready to attack the heavier stuff
Sounds awesome , if in10 days you go again , is this a 2 rotation split rather than a 3?
