202.9 lbs after a big refeed
Me and my coach harry are planning to do a bit of a mini cut phase so we can get to a more optimal bodyfat to grow at. Lifts have been going up every session and super excited to be back after a rocky ass year. Went through a lot of mental problems, mixed with self doubt, training like a fuckin animal now and couldn’t be better. Excited for what’s to come and going to be posting weekly here.
Cheers, Yanni -

MemberJanuary 21, 2022 at 3:51 pm in reply to: Programming Stiff Legs/RDLS, possibly removing themI really have to echo Jordan here- I have in the past had same attitude as you and therefore never consistently stuck at my pulls as I get strong on them quick and end up quite fatigued but it is basically just a case of they got hard… remember doing the hard stuff shows.
Since getting them back in and sticking to them my back progress has been the best ever.
Look at your general programming and adjust to allow recovery for back.Sounds good boss thank you

MemberJanuary 21, 2022 at 3:25 pm in reply to: Programming Stiff Legs/RDLS, possibly removing themThe rdl and stiff leg are worth the fatigue , I’m one of the strongest people I know at them, and the fatigue is huge for me based on that and imo is still VERY worth it
Just basically work in a diff rep range and keep your form 100 percent. If you can’t eek out more in your current rep range, start attacking a 15-20 rep range .
All I basically read there was, these have got hard, I don’t want to do them anymore
Will do. Thanks for the input!

MemberNovember 26, 2021 at 8:52 pm in reply to: Anything I could swap out for shrugs?Hey buddy! Have you tried doing a chest supported High Dumbell row? Put a Ben on a medium incline, grab a few dumbells. Lay chest down on the bench and row the dumbells up high flaring your elbows really wide, allow them to come down to a full stretch then repeat. This is a great exercise for hitting traps, rhomboids and rear Delts.
Thank you mate!

Do you feel it on squatting movements or more on isolation work?
actually I don’t feel it in training, but sometimes when I walk

Yanni, I would definitely keep some sort of cardio in your regime from a healthy standpoint but not from a fat burning standpoint at this stage. As the guys have said focus on gaining tissue, eating higher volumes of clean food and progressing lifts in your training. I personally always like a touch of cardio in any regime even if minimal.
Alright thanks! How many minutes would you recommend for cardio or just more steps?
