This looks a great set up as it might mean you can push it longer before needing a deload
It looks like a mixture of rest pause from DC training and cluster sets from Fortitude training so I think it will be very effective -
Been looking over a log you did a while back on a certain bodybuilding forum in 2010, did you think there was any merit to the gh blasts you did and did you feel the DNP cycles worthwhile?

Yes, upper, lower would be like the typical DC training split!

Hi Jordan, always great following your logs, tons of priceless info, you mentioned on a podcast the most size you put on was in 2012, saying you got incredibly strong and upped the calories, just wanted to know what type of split you was using and was the diet similar to what you have now?
