Are you still progressing the movement weekly? Or is it limiting/impeding your strength and progression?
If you’re still able to progress I don’t see a problem. But if it’s impeding your performance then you could move some things around

Yes I would prefer to get lean then push up from there. You can still go at training with the intent of improving muscularity!

I would just go to a CrossFit gym and join a workout with a group alongside an instructor and learn as you go and have fun with it! Sounds like enjoyment is what you’re looking for so just make that priority without stressing the rest!

If you’re getting leaner eating this amount then keep going. If progress stalls then make an adjustment

Foam roll a few hours before every session. Stretch quads and hips.
If you do not have a physio I’d recommend getting one, they can help a lot!

Coach people for free, produce results, advertise those results. Then once you’ve built a track record start charging
