Monday 4/17/23
No cardio – 20 min fasted walk outside

So I was scared going into it, and unsure if I was even going to be able to train – Thursday during my chiropractic adjustment, when he adjusted my left hip I felt a pull/strain in my hip flexor/adductor and it’s been bothering me since. I don’t think it’s anything serious, and it’s not bad pain, I just feel it. So my concern with training was just not wanting to make it worse or turn into something serious. Fortunately I didn’t feel it in any of my moments other than the split squats on the stretch portion. But it was still annoying that it was on my mind and feeling like I was training “timid” mentally.I didn’t take anything to Michaela level of failure

I used a reverse band today – I know shame on me lol but it was strictly to take the adductor out of the bottom and honestly it worked like a charm and I felt my sweep like crazy!

It’s just something you have to be patient with and take it by feel! If you feel safe to train then do so. But there is no harm in taking some extra time to let it fully recover!

I personally always use and prefer liquid sun rays. They do have a self tanning kit available on the website. However, I would recommend going with the company the show has available to you as it will best match the other competitors and they are professionals there to help you!
