No rehab or fitness work today to report. But I did get the opportunity to work and fit some cattle at a show today, which if some of you are familiar with me you know that is what I did all my life prior to bodybuilding competing.

If you enjoy it more then who cares how long it takes, keep enjoying it for longer progressing each session and the physique progress will show for it

Do it consistently over several weeks and form feedback for yourself, report back here with any questions based on that feedback you gains

Anything that bothers you. It’s continuous trail and error.
Common problem foods are dairy, broccoli, oats, beef, egg whites, some whey isolates

Start off with bland basic foods and introduce/remove foods as you see any issues arise

Apple cider vinegar, glutamine, aloe Vera juice, ginger, and peppermint are great daily supps to add

    I wouldn’t overthink everything man

Just get back to the diet you were following prior to being sick, ease back into training and see how you’re doing then base any changes needed off of the feedback you gain

“It depends” sums it up really well lol

I do like and prefer this approach for myself, but it all depends on the movement and how the initial top set went.

But if that is your target rep range per set then yes I would approach it that way and then just make sure you’re taking them to failure and progressing them

Just whatever feels best for you really. I personally like a whole food meal 90 min pre training and fully digested, than have an intra with carbs and EAA’s that I start sipping as I’m warming up

Good meal the night before that doesn’t negatively impact sleep. Quick digesting form of nutrition in the morning upon waking can be cream of rice/whey/banana, or as simple as carb supplement and aminos

Either way I would also have intra carbs and aminos during training

And then solid meal post training
