Looks good. Just have to run it and see how progress and recovery is and then make any adjustments needed based off of that!

Yeah I would try the lowered volume and see how you get on with that.
Report back here with further feedback and we can help you more from there if that didn’t do the trick!TBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

I think it’s important to go in with the intent to progress every session. Don’t put into your mind just bc you are dieting that strength will automatically start to decline. Sure it may with leverages changing, but still set in your mind to approach training the same way you would in a surplus when it comes to effort

Either way really. Whatever you can be most consistent and adherent to without losing your drive for improvement
If you’re someone that accumulates fat and then progress stalls then I think you’d get more out of push and pull approach

All this will depend on your digestion, recovery, and how you are progressing on the plan. We can look at the plan and see it’s fine on paper, but we do not know how it is working for you without at least some photos
If you are progressing well on this then just continue running it until otherwise.
If you need to increase you can increase carbs to training days.
If you need to decrease then pull some from your rest daysTo answer your question about training day diet vs rest day I personally prefer to have lower intake on rest days

Volume being fine will depend on you and your recovery ability
It looks fine to me, you just have to try it and see!
You can report back here with feedback after running it for a few weeks and we can help you adjust accordingly from there!TBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Question for you, are you big enough and advanced enough in your physique that you need to be worrying about this?
That’s absolutely not a knock, it is a genuine question. For me personally I’d rather have full focus on my legs on a leg day
But if your arms are really lagging and legs are a strong point, then sure go for it

Yep I would do exactly as Kuba has stated and creep it up like that. It’s nothing significant, but enough to keep you moving
